I chose Precision based on some recommendations on NextDoor. I just needed some light general servicing and the safety sensors adjusted. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, however the price charged for the services performed was extremely high. He was here for just about an hour without any products purchased, installed or used, except for lubricant, and the total was $417!!!! That’s ridiculous. I will not be recommending your company to anyone based on your exorbitant pricing.

Our garage door and opener (over 18 years old) fell apart on a Sunday night. By Monday midday, Precision Door had installed a new opener and accompanying systems. Their mechanic, Chris, took the time to explain everything: why the previous door had broken, and the benefits I now own of a new and modern system.
