By far, the best experience of all my home improvements. The technician was on time, he was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and thorough during the installation. My second experience with Precision was also a good one. After calling Saturday and scheduling an appointment on Sunday, the service tech called on Sunday and said he could arrive 30 minutes sooner than scheduled, which was great for me. The technician was courteous and worked efficiently and was done in short order (replaced the large garage door spring that broke). Very pleased with Precision and will continue using and recommending them.

I was very pleased with the technician and service. He explained to me the problems and what needed replacing, He showed me the worn wheels, the insufficient springs for my Miami Dade Hurricane garage door (extremely heavy), and the belt that had missing "teeth". I was actually able to lift the garage door on my own for the first time because of the more sturdy appropriate springs. He completed the work in a very timely manner.
