After a change in schedule, which was handled well, technician Carlos Morales arrived. He was cordial and presented himself well. He proceeded to assess the problem(inconsistent opening and closing and light on/off problem). He said a surge had caused system to function properly. He fixed problem in about 20 mns. and system performs well. thank you

Carlos Maralos did a complete overhaul of our garage door working parts. No vendor has ever pleased me as much as Carlos did. In addition to doing a great job with a wonderful attitude, he told me what he was doing and why . Moreover he did a lot of little things I. e. setting up old openers on separate garage that helped me a lot. He did them in a very few minutes that would have taken me an hour. We will always ask for him in the future. We bought a lot of new parts beyond what is listed below.

Tech was friendly and competent. Pleasantly surprised repairs could be done same day. New unit works fine and has all the remote capabilities we required. Were surprised by the 20 dollar disposal fee which was never quoted previously, although i asked for a total price. This should be included or explained when quoting.

Doug Naporano was very professional and congenial. His knowledge of the products was very helpful in making a decision to purchase versus a repair. I was pressed for time and he willing accommodated my time restraints. I will definitely call you for any future garage door services I need. I called your company as a result of you TV advertisement.
