Matt did a fabulous job on our garage door. He did a thorough evaluation of the mechanism and fixed it. We have never had a fully functional door since we moved into our home 13 years ago. Even after it was replaced several years ago by another company, there have been issues. We now giggle every time we open and close it because it is so smooth.

My garage door was a real problem and finally gave way and began to fall. I called Precision because I was taken by your ad in the telephone book and it seemed very professional. The person who came yesterday afternoon was Tom and he was EXCELLENT both in his work and attitude. It was later in the day and I really appreciate the time he gave to correcting a difficult situation. Many thanks, Dr. Terry Fleming

I beleve the technician first name was Chris. He was on time, called before he got there and was very courtious and nice. He fixed everything, tightened the belt, made sure the remotes worked and showed me how to reconnect the door when the power goes out again. He was not going to charge but me but I insisted that he did. Very knowagable and nice. I would reccomend your company to my friends and family. Your company installed the garage door and opener in April/May 2011 and did a great job. Thanks Jim Foltz

I have used your company twice...once to have most of the garage door parts replaced and once to purchase a new motor and key pad...both times I have been impressed with the technicians and service...the techs have been knowledgeable and polite and have been prompt and gotten the job done in a timely manner I would recommend your company to anyone needing a new garage door or service on an existing door.
