I like that I was given options. I selected a Genie with a chain drive. When he was all done, I was told that he did not have a chain drive assembly on his truck and as a result, installed a belt drive. I would have preferred to have waited and installed the chain drive later, but was never given the option.

Matt from Precision Doors was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to explain every detail in the servicing of the garage door. Thank you for sending him to rectify our door problems. On another issue. Lack of attention to details when sending your follow up notice. You misspelled our name on the notice. I corrected below.

Nick is an outstanding young man, surveyed the job, provided an estimate and got right to work. He removed all debris and blew out the garage floor. I called Precision because my father had used to replace the door in 2018 and I still had the invoice. Service was performed the same day I called.

The reason why I've been a customer on precision door from the beginning it's because the fast, prompt, professional and they always complete the job correctly the first time. The serviceman was very helpful and efficient. The repair was done in a timely manner and is much neater than the previous messy repair by another company. I will always call Precision in the future for problems with the garage door.

After our recent “two hurricanes” I had 7-8 inches of tidal water in my garage. My garage door had a difficult time opening. After two weeks waiting, Jesus was sent to my townhome. He was very knowledgeable and caring. After a little over an hour of work my garage door and sensors are firing good. Precision should be very proud of having Jesus, this Technician working for their company and I only hope in the future if I need assistance again that Jesus will be once again in my service area. (Maybe then he will be ready to play some pickleball) Lol…

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Doors on two different occasions. They were great to work with on both jobs. They were very helpful with picking out the style and color of the doors, dropping off samples for us and sending us pictures and information via email. The installation and service was outstanding as well. Their service technicians are very helpful and efficient. We would definitely recommend them

Precision came out on time and on schedule. Our technician was Adam. He tested the door to see how it was operating. I called Precision on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment the following week. No emergency, just an estimate to repair our garage door that would not stay open when raised. The rep taking my call advised me a repairman could come out that day between 12-4pm. No extra fee for Saturday service. The service man arrived on time and accessed the garage door issue, and explained it to me. He was professional and polite as I asked him to give quotes for 3 options to correct the issue. The repair required 2 parts which were on his truck, the door was repaired and working in less than 90 minutes. Five Stars

My garage door started making noises and was failing to open. Technician Adam Miechle found the system had worn out after 25 yrs. and parts were no longer found. He had a new system installed in a couple of hours. A detailed estimate was given with several options. Reasonable pricing and excellent job.
