Austin came and helped with our garage door opener which was quite old. He replaced it with a nice new system that has better features and will last a long time. The services provided with the phone contact representative and the technician were polite and professional. Austin did a great job with linking our cars and a new key pad too. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends.

Precision was the "go to" company we decided on to use to replace our garage door in 2016 and we have regretted it. But for an accident (caused by me) we have not had to do anything to the door since it was installed other than routine lubricating the rollers. When the accident occurred (indicated above) we did not hesitate to call Precision to do the repair. A technician was assigned to make the repair the same day that I called and the technician, Chris, made the repair that same day. I cannot say enough good things about Chris -- he was pleasant, courteous, professional, and quick.

We chose Precision for our new garage door in Seminole for many reasons. Of the bids we received, they were the highest quality and best overall value. We chose a 200 mph-rated door, which some other vendors didn’t even offer. The people we dealt with know their products and their jobs. The sales representative, Rebecca Fernandez, was very knowledgeable, and no smoke and mirrors or high pressure pitch. Very trustworthy, Justin Scott and Tyler Cope did a great installation in just 3 hours, including demo. All were friendly and cheerful. The permit inspector said that the door is very good quality and installed perfectly.

Keith arrived on time after calling. He looked the door and opener over and told me what the problem was and how he proposed fixing it. He gave me three options. I took the middle one. He went right to work and was very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend your company.

I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater 5/3/2022 and someone called back on 5/4/2022. I explained I wanted to replace my garage door opener. That afternoon, Christian Walker was at my home to give me an estimate to do the work that I needed. I never saw a person work so fast and efficiently as Christian. In a little over one hour, he had my garage door opener installed, my outside pad, my inside opener, and my home link in my vehicle programed. Really a great job and a really nice person. Christian is the person I would call if I need any work done at my house.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door for a broken springs. I have used this company many years ago and with service calls you're always concerned about the after normal business hours or weekend calls. Precision advertises there are no extra charges for weekend calls. I called Saturday at noon and Precision reception set up the time for 2:00. Precision's Technician Jason Daring arrived and was quite friendly as he knew me by name. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provided me with a reasonable estimate. It was evident by his professionalism and mannerism he was proud to work for this company, and customer service was at its best; and at a good price. We have had this garage door installed in 2019 and it has been outstanding. We upgraded to the 168 mph hurricane door end it has been working fabulously! The technician , Christian came out and did normal preventive maintenance/lube, etc. Great seven-year warranty and the s visit was with no charge, YIPPEE! They are a great company with great products and stand behind their commitment with quick dependable service!

On Tuesday Jan. 11th the tension spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision to find out about fixing the door. I spoke to a woman to schedule an appointment. I gave her all the specs. on our spring including model number and asked if they had it in stock. She told me she spoke to a manager and said to me there would not be a problem that they had it. I also was concerned about a technician coming into our house with all this covid spiking. I asked to have him wear a mask. Again, she said not a problem, that he will wear a mask and use hand sanitizer and keep six feet from us. The next day the technician arrived without a mask. My husband asked if he had a mask and he said I think I might have one in the truck. We then offered him one and asked him to wear it. We both were wearing mask. I asked him to wear the mask and he seemed very put out to wear it, not courteous about it. He then went to look at the garage door and said he could not fix it as there was not any new parts for it, which was the complete opposite of what I was told on the phone. He stated he could replace with a new spring assembly for $1000.00 and $100.00 for an upgrade to 7-year warrantee. We had no choice but to go ahead and get the door fixed. So now our bill went from $400.00 to $1100.00. If I had known they could not fix it after the manager said no problem, I would have called another company. As far as we are concerned Precision does not have any integrity and we would not recommend to any of our friends or neighbors. Unfortunately, we paid for a warranty and if we have a problem, we will have to deal with you again. Judith Kline
