Have dealt with precision for many years. We used them at our home in Virginia and when we moved to Florida we called them to replace a garage door. We were not yet living in Florida and when we did get here the garage door installed was not what we requested. I called precision and they came out and replaced the door with no extra charge to us. We’ve called on Percision Overhead Garage Door Service for several years to provide and service our storm reinforces garage door with superb results. Most recently, we called on them to repair a broken attachment within their 30 day post maintenance warranty period on a Saturday AM. Within an hour, we had Technician Mike repairing the malfunction in short order at not additional cost to our great satisfaction, all with the best interpersonal transactions. My wife called to get an estimate on a garage door repair so we could use the coupon. The technician cane out and said that he was there for a service call and there would be a minimum charge of $80. Nice enough guy but Not what we asked for. Since he was there and we were on the hook for the minimum, we he offered a written review of the garage door. We also requested another opener, which he programmed for us. I believe the charge was around $140 and while he waived the service call charge, he did not discount for the coupon.

Garage door would not close, rather it would jerk up and down preventing it from closing. The technician spotted the problem quickly and corrected it. I was impressed with his service and also the fact that all techs call 30 minutes ahead to say when they will arrive. Those who answer the phone are professional and know which questions to ask and work with your schedule as to when their tech will arrive. I highly recommend this company.
