My experience with Precision Garage Doors, and specifically my technician Josue Lombay was courteous respectful and awesome. I've had my Precision garage doors for at least 30 years and have had service many times. Excellent company, knowledgeable employees, always courteous and respectful. This time I called them to request service ASAP replace two missing remote clickers. I was given a window of 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a promise of Josue calling with a 20 to 30 minute lead time for arrival. Thankfully the call arrived early and we met at 6:00 pm. He recoded two clickers quickly and left me a can of spray lube for the springs and rollers. And best of all the job was completed before 7:00 p. Thank you Josue. I couldn't have been more pleased.

My eight-year-old garage door was in terrible shape, partly because the original installers from Taylor Morrison did such an awful job, but also because they used the cheapest parts around. It is a miracle that my garage door didn't fail sooner. I researched three companies and chose "Precision Garage Door" due to its good reputation, longevity, warranty, and high-quality parts. Yes, they are expensive, but I wanted the absolute best with a warranty from a well-established company. John Duff, the senior tech who came for this job, impressed me with the level of detail he brings to his craft (I'm a perfectionist, and I was pleased to find that John is too). I know how difficult it is to properly repair a garage door, as I helped my brother upgrade his. I learned that replacing torsion springs is dangerous and that properly adjusting everything takes knowledge and experience. So, this time, we decided to let the professionals handle my garage door. The job consisted of replacing two torsion springs, bearing plates, ball bearings, torsion cable, rollers, brackets, drums, belt railing, and a handful of complex adjustments. Yes, that's how bad my garage door was. John also installed a new Chamberlain opener with LED light, camera, and battery, which I repurchased a few days ago at Lowe's, when we were debating whether to do this job ourselves. I want to express my sincere gratitude to "Precision Garage Door". I'm glad and at peace knowing my garage door will perform for at least another 10 years, thanks to the best experts I could find. Great experience with Cheyney today. We were experiencing issues with our motor. He explained the issues clearly and presented the options available without any pressure. We decided to have a new motor and chain installed and are pleased as it is now much quieter when it’s running.
