The service tech was very prompt. We received a call early that the tech was on his way. Everything was checked and lubricated. We were given the best guess for a noisey garage opening. After service the system is quiet and moving well. The cost was very reasonable.

Melanie came to discuss Hurricane garage doors. We chose a door to purchase. We mentioned that our current door was not working due to a broken cable. She immediately scheduled a repair for that same day and informed us that the repair cost would be deducted from our new door purchase price. Of course we thanked her and she thanked us for being a longtime customer. We have not been thanked like that in a long time. It feels good to be respected like that!

I made the appointment for 10am to 2pm. They called at 10:30 said they would be here in 20 minutes and showed up on time. Sprice and Stefan listened to my input, then did the evaluation. He explained everything that he found, right now i really just wanted to try to get to shut without reversing. They were very professional about everything. I manage service teams in the field. I know field talent. They took the time to go over every detail of the full estimate, for the whole door replacement, let me know in order of urgency what was bad, going bad or fine. Once i felt thoroughly informed and educated on all my options, i requested an estimate to be sent. Then they informed me of what was happening with the door reversing and opening. They replaced the sensors which were blown. So we got a very thorough inspection and explanation of issues on the door which we could see it had some issues AND we were able to get the immediate issue resolved on the spot and honestly never once did i feel any pressure or upsell. Just inspect, present and explain my options, fix the best way for me right now. Soon it will be time to replace the door and with the way I was treated i will definitely go with Precision Doors Thanks Sprice and Stefan ( sorry if i jacked up the spelling)

Precision installed our door opener 2 years ago, and did a great job, so when our garage door started making a noise on opening and closing, I called them. They were out here the same day, troubleshot the door and did maintenance on it, checking and tightening all the screws, lubricating the hinges and such. No noise now, thanks!

We got prices for our Hurricane Garage door and Precision was right in the ball park and a bit lower than one. But what really was the highlight of our installation was the technician! Chase was very personable, professional and knowledgeable! He explained the usage, and showed us how to operate it, (this was our very first electric garage door) and took us through the steps of how to maintain it properly. Then on top of all that, he paired our car as well! Chase was just amazing! My garage was as clean if not cleaner when he was finished. I.could not believe how quite our door operates! I have family & friends with electric garage doors… and none are as quiet as ours! Plus… when I asked Chase about the electric being off… what would we do!? He showed us how to manually operate the door… but wait!!! It was even easier then our old manual one! Seriously! I’m 71 and it was a piece of cake! Oh … one other thing… they said it would take approximately 4 hours… Chase was right on the money! I don’t think he even took a break! I couldn’t be more pleased with the produce and the installation! We are Blessed that we chose Precision Garage Door Service and even more that we had Chase to be our installer! Five 5 Star across the board! Thank you Precision and THANK YOU CHASE!
