There are not enough stars on Google for Precision Garage Door. Jared did such a great job, my garage door now opens so smoothly and quietly, I'm pretty sure it's the most graceful thing I own. It used to sound like a robot fighting a rusty chain, but now it's a silent ninja. Seriously, fantastic work!

The 2 team members arrived and immediately understood my concern. Gave me a price, I agreed and repairs were made. They made recommendations for other work that would be needed at some point but didn’t oversell it and gave me the list and estimates. I have and will use Precision again in the future. As soon as they left we had another downpour and no water in the garage. Kudos to Precision. Trust them. I do.

Great experience with Cheyney today. We were experiencing issues with our motor. He explained the issues clearly and presented the options available without any pressure. We decided to have a new motor and chain installed and are pleased as it is now much quieter when it’s running. Cheyney thoroughly talked through the new equipment afterwards and even setup the remote built into our car. Would recommend.

I’ve had a Precision Garage Door for years now and it’s great! The service call today was to replace my battery powered access panel due to age related problems. The service technician was very friendly and explained his recommendation for a replacement. He also gave me some good advice about my garage door opener. He quickly replaced my old panel and had me up and running again.
