A service call for a check-up on an Amarr Entrematic two-car garage door and a Lanier garage door opener that was istalled in December 2018 was scheduled for today. The serviceman arrived on time and oiled the needed parts. He found that a wire was partially covering a sensor and may interfere with its operation for opening AND closing smoothly. Otherwise, there was no problem WITH NORMAL operations. Thank you. The home is a home that is HOMESTEADED to the rightful owner. The garage door is a nice product.

Isak did a great job for review of rollers and motor condition. After discussion, the roller replacements have made such a difference. The rollers were original, approx 30 + years. Thank you Isak for doing a great job and professional service!

Called to get a repair on my garage door. The tech, Justin C, was out here within 30 minutes of call in. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He made some great recommendations regarding my garage door and I ended up going with the option to get a new one rather than repair the current one. Within 10 minutes he was back with an estimate and appt time for Tuesday. Looking forward to getting the new door installed.

Moved in to my new ( to me ) home today. Double garage door would not work. Called Precision before noon, and the technician, Jason Daring was there before 4pm. The motor needed to be replaced, and the entire garage door needed to be rebuilt; including straightening from an obvious case of a car backing into the door. Jason gave me an estimate and I authorized work to begin. I was worried that he couldn’t possibly finish all the work this late in the day. He assured me that he wouldn’t leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. After about three hours of intense, non stop labor, the door and all controls were working like new. This was an outstanding effort by a very knowledgeable and hard working professional.

We had major repairs to our garage door. When I called late afternoon on a Friday, the technician, Jeremy, arrived within the hour. He was an amazing technician, performed all the repairs in 4 hours and we're very, very pleased with the service. He did such a good job that I probably won't have to call you again, but I will definitely recommend your company. Thanks...

Kevin Cutolo was very professional in dealing with me. He determined that my old opener was showing signs of age, electrical issues, and gears wearing out. Kevin gave me options for repair or replacement. I felt no pressure as to which option to select. I elected complete replacement of the opener and rails. The work was completed and cleanup was done. I am very satisfied with the installation.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service! They had someone out to my house the same day as I called and the service provider was friendly, on time and explained the situation with the door clearly. Chris was very efficient and completed the repair quickly. He also educated me about the current motor and the difference between a belt and chain drive system. My motors are very old and when I am ready to replace them I know who to call now to do the job! Thanks again.
