Noah showed up on time with a smile on his face despite the excessive heat! His greeting was warm and personable and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I explained my concerns and after his inspection he told me everything looked good and finished up. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I did need a new remote, which by the way is way overpriced, but I realize he has nothing to do with that. Remote was just about the same as the service call!!

We chose Precision Overhead Doors to replace our garage door opener in February. We were very satisfied with the job they did then, the door quit opening without holding the button so we called about repairing it. They came out the same day and repaired it without additional charge. We will recommend the company and will call with anymore issues we have. Completely satisfied.

We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times and this last service call was no exception to the outstanding service they provide. This last service call was particularly outstanding. Our opener is quite old and parts are not currently being made available. But instead of trying to upsell us on a new motor and assembly, the Serviceman called his supervisor who directed him to a location in his truck where the very last part we needed was. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a cost savings of well over a thousand dollars. They are the best.

The appointment was easy online, and the tech was super helpful and professional. We were unable to go further due to work restrictions and the pricing was too high on each issue. There is definite value in Precision services, but the overall pricing was out of reach. The tech was very sympathetic and spent time looking at options. Still feel the service was great and the tech was awesome. The prices are somewhat predatory, even in an emergency. I would encourage a review.

I have used this good company many years ago and I used them again because of the service they give. Their technicians are really good and easy to talk to and get good answers to your questions. I used them this time because the sound when opening and closing the garage door was scary. The technician realized where it was causing it which was different then what I thought was. There would have been no charge what he did. We got to talking about the age of the springs and cables and I decided to have a better set up. He quoted a price and I advised it was more than I wanted to spend. He asked me what I would consider and the price came down to accommodate a lot closer to my figure. I authorized the work and what a difference it made and it is safer now which is the best thing. Quite sounding is of course also good. The technician did a great job and the warranty is good for 5 years.
