When I remodeled my home about 10 years ago, I had Precision install a new garage door. They were awesome then and are still awesome. I called them to service the door in March/April 2025 as the home had been flooded by both hurricanes in October 2024. Precision has wonderful employees who accommodate your schedule and arrive when they say they will. The technician is a great asset, spent time explaining things to me and giving me recommendations to keep my garage door working smoothly. Precision is the only company I will have when I need anything to do with garage doors. Thank you all. Cyndi

We did not get off to a good start with our "door designer", but the sales manager, Mike, took control and we are very happy with his services. He answered all of our questions, came to our residence to meet with us, showed us door samples and gave us a discount for our troubles that was unexpected but much appreciated. The new door has not been installed yet, but we do not anticipate any issues.

While I live in a different state, I just called my father and discovered the technician from Overhead Door had just left. My dad (John) said that it took Doug about a half hour and he had the garage door back in good shape. We have an older home and the garage door spring let go. Precision answered the phone within 5 seconds so I didn't have to listen to music on hold at all. The phone person took my information quickly and professionally. I called at 10am and they were able to schedule a tech for today. The technician was professional and friendly, he quickly provided me a quote for the springs and advised me that several other components were worn out. I approved it and the technician completed all repairs within about 2 hours. I'm impressed with the quick response and professional people.

My wife and I had the unfortunate event of our spring breaking this morning. I knew about Precision from their advertising and previously used them for a problem that turned out to be a non-issue -- which they did not charge me for. I requested an appointment in the morning (10 am) and was immediately contacted and was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon (noon arrival). Our technician was very professional and friendly and walked me through our options. I was offered various options but was not pressured to purchase the additional recommended parts. In fact, I was shown how to make the other parts last longer. We were up and running again in less than 90 minutes.

Great Company ! Fast service ! I should have written this earlier but have been just getting back into my house after the hurricane. I called the company for a new unit ( with sensors and remotes) and they came literally the next day and replaced the unit that was under water and got me all set up with in an hour. In the past I've always used Precision Garage Door Service. There was an issue with cost which was rectified after calling to complain. The service tech was friendly, and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. Precision offers a 7 year warranty on their garage door openers, most other places only offer 2 years. Overall, I am satisfied with Precision since they did give me a refund. My recommendation would be to do some shopping around so that you can make a more informed decision.
