The technician communicated when he was 30 minutes away as promised. He arrived on time and was efficient and courteous. After reviewing the issue with my garage door opener, he presented with an estimate and allowed me to choose the issues I wanted fixed immediately. He performed the work very quickly and reviewed everything when he was finished.

I called first thing this morning (Tuesday, September 12, 2023) to make the appointment. My garage door had been working on any type of opener, including the key fob. Luis Castillo called me when he was in route. Luis took the time to figure out the issue, replaced the board and re-programmed the garage door openers, including the opener in my wife's car. He also changed the battery in the keypad to get it working correctly. Luis was very courteous and helpful. I’m a return customer of Precision Garage in St. Petersburg, FL. The 12 year old spring broke and needed replacement. This happened at 6pm and I called Precision. An appointment was set for the following morning. The expert technician Keith called before scheduled window that he was on his way. Keith is personable and a true professional. He evaluated the job and told me of some other failing parts that should be changed. These parts were over 25 years old and had over 70,000 open-close cycles by my estimation. Keith performed the job in a timely manner with care and neatness. The garage door opens and closes like new. All is good.
