The appointment was easy online, and the tech was super helpful and professional. We were unable to go further due to work restrictions and the pricing was too high on each issue. There is definite value in Precision services, but the overall pricing was out of reach. The tech was very sympathetic and spent time looking at options. Still feel the service was great and the tech was awesome. The prices are somewhat predatory, even in an emergency. I would encourage a review.

I have used this good company many years ago and I used them again because of the service they give. Their technicians are really good and easy to talk to and get good answers to your questions. I used them this time because the sound when opening and closing the garage door was scary. The technician realized where it was causing it which was different then what I thought was. There would have been no charge what he did. We got to talking about the age of the springs and cables and I decided to have a better set up. He quoted a price and I advised it was more than I wanted to spend. He asked me what I would consider and the price came down to accommodate a lot closer to my figure. I authorized the work and what a difference it made and it is safer now which is the best thing. Quite sounding is of course also good. The technician did a great job and the warranty is good for 5 years.

Received same-day service on my service call. quotes were explained clearly and the door opener was installed within 2 hours. Wayne Madore explained the door operation mechanics and I set the Key pad within seconds and all is wonderful now. Except for the new Door opener, you would never know a replacement was done. Surprisingly, the tech was here around 3pm, and the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit was completed before 6pm.
