Service technician called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Performed the much needed door tune up and looked at the door opener and suggested that a new opener was needed as the current one is old. Appreciated his honesty. Would use this company in the future and would highly recommend them. Also called on Wednesday evening and was given an appointment for the next day.

Precision Garage Door of Tampa has always provided excellent and timely service over the years. Late afternoon yesterday our garage door was stuck, it would not go up or down, nightfall was coming. Aaron Whiteman, Residential Technician, attended to this emergency repair starting around 6:30pm for several hours. Aaron was friendly, patient, providing excellent client service. A new Genie and Key Pad were successfully installed, and the movement of the garage door is quieter than it has been for years! I am so pleased. So appreciated. I just could not have had my garage door partially open over night! The garage door was successfully down all night and went up smoothly this morning! Thank you, Aaron. Thank you, Precision Garage Door of Tampa. Leslie Waters Mayor City of Seminole 3-3-2026

Precision is a great service. I was able to get an appointment right away. The technician, Chris McVeigh was wonders. He listened to our concerns and then did his assessment. He was very upfront about our problems and didn’t try to pressure us into getting anything we didn’t need. He worked hard and when finished he went over everything with us and made sure we were comfortable with any new equipment. I would highly recommend them. We are going to use Precision for our home up north.

The prices were fair and the service was great. Good experience all the way around, from placing the call for service to the techinician coming out and repairing our door. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful, as was the service tech who came out. No up-charge for Sunday service. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Excellent all around. Had them replace my 18’ overhead door with an insulated model and also replaced the ceiling hung motor with a side mounted Genie. Great from start to finish (initial contact, consultation, a few quote options, ordering, permit, install, follow up). Highly recommend. I did not get competing quotes so no idea on price competitiveness.

We have used other companies in the past, but not one has been as proficient and professional as Precision Doors. The customer service on the phone is extremely customer oriented and knowledgeable. The technicians are very professional and proficient. They show up ready to solve the issue the first time with a cheerful attitude and a smile on their face. It is refreshing to know that they will fix the issue the first time and I don't have to worry about it anymore. Thank you for work well done and piece of mind.
