Jesus was very informative and had a passion for his position ..I happy he pointed out items that needed addressing .belt drive doors are superior to chain .. and I neede new barings and new new pole for them totally shot … I think baring s caused the spring more wear and tear?

I had a previous problem, and left a negative review. Apparently, I hadn't previously reached the correct person to resolve the problem. When the review was seen Precision contacted me to learn more, then sent a representative to the house. The invoice was compared to the actual work that was accomplished, and Precision refunded me for the difference, much to my satisfaction. I will gladly continue using Precision Garage Door Service. Excellent & fast service! I just moved into my house that didn't have a garage door opener. It was too much hassle to go open/close the one car garage manually. I did a search & this website came up for same day estimates & installation. I set up my appointment online & a technician was at my door a few hours later. After a careful assessment, I decided to proceed with the installation. A couple hours later I had a brand new opener! I'm satisfied with my purchase & the technician was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I only wish there was a financing option available but if it saves me money that there isn't, no big deal. Chad did a super job "freeing" my Toyota from captivity after the mainspring failed. He also diagnosed shaft and bearing issues, which required replacement. All accomplished while the whale 4Runner occupied all of the space in the garage. Superb service, once again, from Precision.
