My technician Michael looked over the problem, explained the repair, broken spring, quoted the price and completed the work in a Very Timely fashion!!! He looked all over the garage door, lubricating all over the tracks, tightening screws and replaced ones that were no good!! Reset the garage door settings too!! I feel very comfortable referring people to Precision!!! And they EVEN work on Sundays at no additional premium!!!

Precision was the "go to" company we decided on to use to replace our garage door in 2016 and we have regretted it. But for an accident (caused by me) we have not had to do anything to the door since it was installed other than routine lubricating the rollers. When the accident occurred (indicated above) we did not hesitate to call Precision to do the repair. A technician was assigned to make the repair the same day that I called and the technician, Chris, made the repair that same day.
