Precision Garage Door was called on Sat morning and showed up at noon. They analyzed our problem (dead garage dooe opener due to power surge), installed a new garage door opener, and programmed all remotes and keypads. Service was fast. I didn’t expect repairs to be completed the same day as the assessment. Richard was wonderful! He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why. He ensured that my door openers were all working and that I got my smart app set up as well. Received coupon in ValPak and saw trucks multiple times at different homes in my neighborhood; since I needed repair/maintenance on my GDO, I called for appointment; telephone staff very courteous and worked well with scheduling appointment; Christopher Metzger was very polite, thorough and completed all necessary repairs plus suggested replacement items without pressure; now my GDO operating quieter and efficiently!
