We called Precision to install two separate doors at mom's house. The openings were not a standard size, so Precision had to manufacture custom doors. Their salesperson called upon another representative from their company. She did all the measurements and sent the crew for the installation. The doors work perfectly and they're very quiet because we chose a band retractor rather than the customary chain pull. We were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. He looked all over the garage door, lubricating all over the tracks, tightening screws and replaced ones that were no good!! Reset the garage door settings too!!
