Highly recommend! First off, same day service. John, my service technician, sent me a notice with his photo before he arrived to let me know he was on his way to my house. John is the most friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He explained the repair process and went to work. John explaind what was going wrong with my garage door along with options and costs up front. In no time at all it was repaired and working like new. John also took before and after photos of my garage door and the repair came with a warranty.

Service technician called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. Performed the much needed door tune up and looked at the door opener and suggested that a new opener was needed as the current one is old. Appreciated his honesty. Precision Garage Door of Tampa has always provided excellent and timely service over the years. Late afternoon yesterday our garage door was stuck, it would not go up or down, nightfall was coming. Aaron Whiteman, Residential Technician, attended to this emergency repair starting around 6:30pm for several hours. Aaron was friendly, patient, providing excellent client service. A new Genie and Key Pad were successfully installed, and the movement of the garage door is quieter than it has been for years! I am so pleased. So appreciated. Precision is a great service. I was able to get an appointment right away. The technician, Chris McVeigh was wonders. He listened to our concerns and then did his assessment. He was very upfront about our problems and didn’t try to pressure us into getting anything we didn’t need. He worked hard and when finished he went over everything with us and made sure we were comfortable with any new equipment. I would highly recommend them. We are going to use Precision for our home up north.

Great from start to finish (initial contact, consultation, a few quote options, ordering, permit, install, follow up). Highly recommend. I did not get competing quotes so no idea on price competitiveness.

On 1/29/2026 my two car garage door let go from tracks and fell down in pieces. I called Precision to help me. They came out after dark and repaired by 10 pm. Works great and looks great. Great employees put new rollers and saved door itself. Repaired all needed items and were very nice as well as professional. Definitely would use again and recommend to neighbors and friends. Fred
