WE HAD A NEW DOOR INSTALLED AFTER HELENE/MILTON AND THEN HAD OUR FIRST TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR TWO DAYS AGO. THERE WAS SOME WATER SEEPAGE IN THE GARAGE, SO I CALLED THE OFFICE,AND THEY SENT A TECH TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY! GREAT SERVICE,GREAT PEOPLE......

I like that I was given options. I selected a Genie with a chain drive. When he was all done, I was told that he did not have a chain drive assembly on his truck and as a result, installed a belt drive. I would have preferred to have waited and installed the chain drive later, but was never given the option.
