The door is used multiple times daily and needed to have the rollers and pulleys replaced. The door is once again, nearly silent in operation. I called late morning on a Tuesday regarding an issue I was having with my garage door not closing properly. Plus, I wanted an estimate on getting the door insulated and a new bottom edge door strip. Our technician, Luca Martelli, was out that same afternoon. He was very courteous and very helpful. Went over the different options and gave me estimates for each. We originally went with repairing/insulating the old door, but when that didn’t work out (it was a very old door), Luka went the extra mile in getting us a discount on a new replacement door. I so appreciate him recognizing that I wouldn’t have been happy with how the old door was going to look. Hold on to this guy. His customer skills, as well as his technical skills, are outstanding!

The service was quick. The technician was very good and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about the service. What I do regret is getting other quotes. I had to replace my garage door opener and other parts it was a 2008 model I know things had to be going wrong with other parts too. It works like a charm nice and smooth and quiet. No complaints here. The technician was amazing and very informative and patient with me and my questions. Thank you very much.
