She immediately scheduled a repair for that same day and informed us that the repair cost would be deducted from our new door purchase price. Of course we thanked her and she thanked us for being a longtime customer. We have not been thanked like that in a long time. It feels good to be respected like that!

Precision installed our door opener 2 years ago, and did a great job, so when our garage door started making a noise on opening and closing, I called them. They were out here the same day, troubleshot the door and did maintenance on it, checking and tightening all the screws, lubricating the hinges and such. No noise now, thanks!
