I scheduled an online appointment for an estimate on a new garage door and opener. Andrew came out and met with me to explain some options and to measure the opening. My existing door is original to the house and will require new framing to bring it up to code. Andrew explained the process to me and was able to answer all of my other questions. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased a new door and opener and scheduled an install date.

They were able to schedule a timely service call and their technician Chris arrived when expected and made the adjustments needed to get our garage door working properly. The garage door wouldn't close. I couldn't find a reason, neither could the lawn man. I called for service and was told no one could come before the next morning. Tanner said all the emergency appointments were taken. It was about 5:30. He said he would page someone to let them know. I was worried because the door wouldn't close and there have been a lot of thefts in the neighborhood lately. Burglaries, cat theft, even physical attacks. So I wasn't comfortable waiting..but I had to. I'm disabled and live on my own. I hardly slept last night because I was so worried. This morning I received a call amd not one but 2 people showed up. Apologized and fixed it. It was a very simple fix. And the men were proffessional. I could have fixed it myself I'd noticed the problem. So I like my garage door amd the company. But one of the selling points was the 24 hour service. And that didn't happen. Other wise I'm happy.

I called Precision on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment the following week. No emergency, just an estimate to repair our garage door that would not stay open when raised. The rep taking my call advised me a repairman could come out that day between 12-4pm. No extra fee for Saturday service. The service man arrived on time and accessed the garage door issue, and explained it to me. He was professional and polite as I asked him to give quotes for 3 options to correct the issue. The repair required 2 parts which were on his truck, the door was repaired and working in less than 90 minutes. Five Stars

He knew exactly what I wanted by putting a rubber stripping at the bottom of the garage door to keep most of the rainwater from coming into my garage. My garage door started making noises and was failing to open. Technician Adam Miechle found the system had worn out after 25 yrs. and parts were no longer found. He had a new system installed in a couple of hours. A detailed estimate was given with several options. Reasonable pricing and excellent job.

Noah showed up on time with a smile on his face despite the excessive heat! His greeting was warm and personable and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I explained my concerns and after his inspection he told me everything looked good and finished up. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I did need a new remote, which by the way is way overpriced, but I realize he has nothing to do with that. Remote was just about the same as the service call!!

We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times and this last service call was no exception to the outstanding service they provide. This last service call was particularly outstanding. Our opener is quite old and parts are not currently being made available. But instead of trying to upsell us on a new motor and assembly, the Serviceman called his supervisor who directed him to a location in his truck where the very last part we needed was. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a cost savings of well over a thousand dollars. They are the best.
