Wayne Madore explained the door operation mechanics and I set the Key pad within seconds and all is wonderful now. Except for the new Door opener, you would never know a replacement was done. What a delight to have chosen this company! I called in at 1:30pm, and was told a technician would be out between 4 & 8pm. I was good with that. Surprisingly, the tech was here around 3pm, and the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit was completed before 6pm. They analyzed our problem (dead garage dooe opener due to power surge), installed a new garage door opener, and programmed all remotes and keypads. Service was fast. I didn’t expect repairs to be completed the same day as the assessment. Richard was wonderful! He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why. He ensured that my door openers were all working and that I got my smart app set up as well. It was definitely a much more expensive job than anticipated, but thankful for the warranty on parts and labor and to have a working garage again!!!
