Great customer service at all hours. When I purchased my new home a few years ago, the garage door stopped working very quickly. Since the brand was on the unit, I called their local service center only to be told that my issue was outside work hours and I would have to wait for 3 days!!! I like that I was given options. I selected a Genie with a chain drive. When he was all done, I was told that he did not have a chain drive assembly on his truck and as a result, installed a belt drive. I would have preferred to have waited and installed the chain drive later, but was never given the option.
