Garage door spring failed. We called Precision at 3:00 PM and by 7:00 PM the technician, Travis,was here and effected a temporary repair so we could get our cars out of the garage. He returned first thing in the morning with the permanent parts and made the repair in less than 2 hours. Could not ask for better service or a better technician. OUTSTANDING service.

I have used Precision Garage Door many times. The service techs have all been professional and knowledgeable. I always trust their recommendations and believe in this company. After this past hurricane my garage door would not close. I called them on Saturday at 3 pm and they were able to have a tech to me between 6-8 pm. Now this is service. Chris Poland arrived on time and called me 20 minutes before arriving. He was soft spoken and when I spoke he listened without interruptions. He explained what had happened to my garage door opener extensively and I immediately felt comfortable around him. He performed the service and was done quickly. The technician communicated when he was 30 minutes away as promised. He arrived on time and was efficient and courteous. I called first thing this morning (Tuesday, September 12, 2023) to make the appointment. My garage door had been working on any type of opener, including the key fob. Luis Castillo called me when he was in route. Luis took the time to figure out the issue, replaced the board and re-programmed the garage door openers, including the opener in my wife's car. He also changed the battery in the keypad to get it working correctly. Luis was very courteous and helpful.
