I am happy to be a repeat customer. My garage door is very old. 9 years ago, Precision replaced the opener and all of the rollers. The door is used multiple times daily and needed to have the rollers and pulleys replaced. The door is once again, nearly silent in operation. Great service and they provide options to fit your needs (I won't be here 9 more years, but I'll bet the door still works!!). Thanks, Bob

I called late morning on a Tuesday regarding an issue I was having with my garage door not closing properly. Plus, I wanted an estimate on getting the door insulated and a new bottom edge door strip. Our technician, Luca Martelli, was out that same afternoon. He was very courteous and very helpful. Went over the different options and gave me estimates for each. We originally went with repairing/insulating the old door, but when that didn’t work out (it was a very old door), Luka went the extra mile in getting us a discount on a new replacement door. I so appreciate him recognizing that I wouldn’t have been happy with how the old door was going to look. Hold on to this guy. His customer skills, as well as his technical skills, are outstanding!

The service was quick. The technician was very good and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about the service. What I do regret is getting other quotes. I had to replace my garage door opener and other parts it was a 2008 model I know things had to be going wrong with other parts too. It works like a charm nice and smooth and quiet. I had a single garage door spring that had broken, I called Precision Garage Door to have repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment for service tech the same day and were able to work with my schedule for timing. Isak Zenkic was the service technician who had called and said he was actually able to arrive earlier than the time slot I was given. Isak assessed the repair that was needed and was very knowledgeable, gave me options that would best meet the needs of the usage for the springs (which was to upgrade the springs and add a second spring). Isak was very professional and was able to repair very quickly with his skillset. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay to all family, friends and neighbors.
