My service was a full replacement of the garage door opener. We opted for the quieter belt driven one. Our technician Derek Defelice was wonderful, courteous, friendly, organized.. He had the old motor out in no time, and installed the new one without issues. Because of the wicked heat, my boyfriend kept the large garage fan on him as he worked. And to close our deal we invited him inside for some A/C. I am so happy with this company, and extremely pleased with our technician.. Thank you so very much!

The repairman who came to my house to fix my garage was Jim. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage remote, it just didn't work to open or close the door. I phoned the St Petersburg office early Tuesday morning to schedule a repairman. The lady who answered the phone was polite and scheduled a repairman after 4:00 the same day. About 30 minutes later the polite phone lady called me and asked if I was agreeable for around 2:00. I agreed to the earlier time and Jim called me to confirm. He was at my house on time and targeted the problem. He installed a new remote and was on his way to his next call in about 20 mins. He spent time to explain what had occurred (broken main spring), along with all of the other parts that were about to go!
