I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Our technician, Sammy, showed up right on time, even with bad weather, and quickly figured out the problem. He explained everything clearly, tightened the spring, and had the door running perfectly again in no time. Very professional, respectful of my home, and efficient from start to finish. I’ll definitely ask for Sammy again if I ever need garage door repair or maintenance.

I am happy to be a repeat customer. My garage door is very old. 9 years ago, Precision replaced the opener and all of the rollers. The door is used multiple times daily and needed to have the rollers and pulleys replaced. The door is once again, nearly silent in operation. Great service and they provide options to fit your needs (I won't be here 9 more years, but I'll bet the door still works!!). Thanks, Bob

George, our service agent was ever helpful and professional. He gave us his honest opinion of what was essential and what was optional on the list of possible repairs. Although I was a little surprised at the cost, on reflection I realize they are not out of line. This is my second time calling Precision for service on this door, so I’m obviously a loyal customer.
