The technician, Bryce, arrived when promised, found the problem with the circuit board, and replaced it, as well as the safety eyes, both damaged by hurricane Helene. He was courteous, friendly and explained the damage and the repair upfront. I have had great service from this office and highly recommend them.

Precision Overhead Doors fixed my door and solved the problem. The staff in office and the installer helped me. I was afraid the door would fall apart! We have used Precision in prior years and are very happy every time they have worked on our door. I was very surprised to get someone to come, especially since Hurricane Helena had them so busy. My door problem is nothing compared to many homes loosing their garages and doors. Thank you. Now I will use the door and not worry about it falling apart.
