I have used your service for years but I am increasingly frustrated. I called and asked the cost would be $90, the bill I was originally presented was $189.00. Then there was a $20 charge for fleet fee (undisclosed)when I called for a price In addition I have never had a service call where there was an attempt to upsell me for something else.

Technician Robert Clausen responded within 1 hour of my call. I explained cables on both sides broke. He checked see what maintenance would be needed. Robert explained what parts needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I gave permission to fix or replace everything that was written down. Robert was professional, courteous and took pride in his work. This made me comfortable to have the work performed. Robert is definitely an asset for Precision. Highly recommend Precision.

I’m a return customer of Precision Garage in St. Petersburg, FL. The 12 year old spring broke and needed replacement. This happened at 6pm and I called Precision. An appointment was set for the following morning. The expert technician Keith called before scheduled window that he was on his way. Keith is personable and a true professional. He evaluated the job and told me of some other failing parts that should be changed. These parts were over 25 years old and had over 70,000 open-close cycles by my estimation. Keith performed the job in a timely manner with care and neatness. The garage door opens and closes like new. All is good.

My service was a full replacement of the garage door opener. We opted for the quieter belt driven one. Our technician Derek Defelice was wonderful, courteous, friendly, organized.. He had the old motor out in no time, and installed the new one without issues. Because of the wicked heat, my boyfriend kept the large garage fan on him as he worked. The repairman who came to my house to fix my garage was Jim. I didn't know what was wrong with my garage remote, it just didn't work to open or close the door. I phoned the St Petersburg office early Tuesday morning to schedule a repairman. The lady who answered the phone was polite and scheduled a repairman after 4:00 the same day. About 30 minutes later the polite phone lady called me and asked if I was agreeable for around 2:00. I agreed to the earlier time and Jim called me to confirm. He was at my house on time and targeted the problem. He installed a new remote and was on his way to his next call in about 20 mins.
