Precision is totally professional and qualified. They came out on a Sunday, gave a quote, no charge. They answer their phone, which is very nice, they are available for you. Planned the garage door and remotes over the phone, they took a deposit, and they scheduled their techs for Tuesday. The techs were totally professional and qualified, called prior to arriving, arrived 12:15 pm, and completed the job by 2:30 pm. This has been a very good experience, everything went smoothly and easily, beginning to ending. Very pleasantly surprise and grateful to these guys; YES

Spent $20,000 on new garage doors and keypads and 4 months later the keypad stops working. Not only will they not provide technical assistance for me to reprogram it myself at home, they want to schedule and charge for a service call. I would never use them or recommend them. Everything is a money grab.

The estimate I was given for my repairs was a gross overcharge for what was done your worker recommended $5000 work my garage. I called a competitor for a second estimate and had the same thing done repair for $1500. I’ll be reporting each of the Better Business Bureau
