I have used this good company many years ago and I used them again because of the service they give. Their technicians are really good and easy to talk to and get good answers to your questions. I used them this time because the sound when opening and closing the garage door was scary. The technician realized where it was causing it which was different then what I thought was. There would have been no charge what he did. We got to talking about the age of the springs and cables and I decided to have a better set up. He quoted a price and I advised it was more than I wanted to spend. He asked me what I would consider and the price came down to accommodate a lot closer to my figure. I authorized the work and what a difference it made and it is safer now which is the best thing. Quite sounding is of course also good. The technician did a great job and the warranty is good for 5 years.

My experience was wonderful. I was able to book the appointment online, Robbie showed up right on time and was very pleasant. He explained my options to me and provided a price quickly. I asked how long to repair and when they would be able to complete. He said a few hours and he was going to do now. Very efficient and explained all of the features to me. Received same-day service on my service call. quotes were explained clearly and the door opener was installed within 2 hours. Wayne Madore explained the door operation mechanics and I set the Key pad within seconds and all is wonderful now. Except for the new Door opener, you would never know a replacement was done. All was neat and clean when Wayne left.

What a delight to have chosen this company! I called in at 1:30pm, and was told a technician would be out between 4 & 8pm. I was good with that. Surprisingly, the tech was here around 3pm, and the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit was completed before 6pm. Precision Garage Door was called on Sat morning and showed up at noon. They analyzed our problem (dead garage dooe opener due to power surge), installed a new garage door opener, and programmed all remotes and keypads. Mike also fixed a rumbling garage door we had by adjusting a bracket. Great job and Veterans discount!

Service was fast. I didn’t expect repairs to be completed the same day as the assessment. Richard was wonderful! He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why. He ensured that my door openers were all working and that I got my smart app set up as well. It was definitely a much more expensive job than anticipated, but thankful for the warranty on parts and labor and to have a working garage again!!!

This is just an outstanding company all the way around. A few years ago I had you reinstall new garage openers in two garages. Isak was the technician and he’s just fantastic all the way around. Yesterday a spring broke on the garage door (the builder had originally installed the door and the spring) and you guys were literally here at 9 AM this morning fixing it. Received coupon in ValPak and saw trucks multiple times at different homes in my neighborhood; since I needed repair/maintenance on my GDO, I called for appointment; telephone staff very courteous and worked well with scheduling appointment; Christopher Metzger was very polite, thorough and completed all necessary repairs plus suggested replacement items without pressure; now my GDO operating quieter and efficiently! Will have your service personnel back in future to replace recommended door bottom seal.
