Hurricane Helene was inbound Thursday, but Precision still came out. Cheyney was great!! He explained what needed to be down and took care of it. Outstanding young man!! He replaced the springs, bearings, cables, and garage door opener.

Jack from Precision Garage Door was extremely professional! He called 20 minutes prior to arrival and showed up as planned. He asked what I wanted. The only reason I did not order a new Garage door is because I don't have the ceiling space for it. Also, he explained that my swing out door was discontinued in 1970, so they cant repair it. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of St. Pete.

We had rollers, torsion cable, cable drums, shaft, ball bearings etc. just about everything except the door! Christopher Enlow was our tech and did a fabulous job. Very professional and showed how to lubricate the door in the future. One of the nicest techs I have ever had. Give this man a bonus for such a fantastic job!

I scheduled an online appointment for an estimate on a new garage door and opener. Andrew came out and met with me to explain some options and to measure the opening. My existing door is original to the house and will require new framing to bring it up to code. Andrew explained the process to me and was able to answer all of my other questions. After I gave him permission to start he hit the ground running. He completed most of the work in a few hours but had to come back tomorrow and install the new rollers.

Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door and opener for us in 2019. We were very pleased with the whole process. This past week our door developed a glitch and would not stay closed. They were able to schedule a timely service call and their technician Chris arrived when expected and made the adjustments needed to get our garage door working properly. The garage door wouldn't close. I couldn't find a reason, neither could the lawn man. I called for service and was told no one could come before the next morning. Tanner said all the emergency appointments were taken. It was about 5:30. He said he would page someone to let them know. I was worried because the door wouldn't close and there have been a lot of thefts in the neighborhood lately. Burglaries, cat theft, even physical attacks. So I wasn't comfortable waiting..but I had to. I'm disabled and live on my own. I hardly slept last night because I was so worried. This morning I received a call amd not one but 2 people showed up. Apologized and fixed it. It was a very simple fix. And the men were proffessional. I could have fixed it myself I'd noticed the problem. So I like my garage door amd the company. But one of the selling points was the 24 hour service. And that didn't happen. Other wise I'm happy.

I called Precision on Saturday morning to schedule an appointment the following week. No emergency, just an estimate to repair our garage door that would not stay open when raised. The rep taking my call advised me a repairman could come out that day between 12-4pm. No extra fee for Saturday service. The service man arrived on time and accessed the garage door issue, and explained it to me. He was professional and polite as I asked him to give quotes for 3 options to correct the issue. The repair required 2 parts which were on his truck, the door was repaired and working in less than 90 minutes. Five Stars

He knew exactly what I wanted by putting a rubber stripping at the bottom of the garage door to keep most of the rainwater from coming into my garage.
