When the garage door won't open, call Precision!! Precision tech, James Long, was at my house right on time - diagnosed all of the problems with the VERY OLD garage door opener. He spent time to explain what had occurred (broken main spring), along with all of the other parts that were about to go! We called Precision to install two separate doors at mom's house. The openings were not a standard size, so Precision had to manufacture custom doors. Their salesperson called upon another representative from their company. She did all the measurements and sent the crew for the installation. The doors work perfectly and they're very quiet because we chose a band retractor rather than the customary chain pull. We were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. We called upon them to install the door on our own house. They met the expectation we had based on previous experience. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

My technician Michael looked over the problem, explained the repair, broken spring, quoted the price and completed the work in a Very Timely fashion!!! He looked all over the garage door, lubricating all over the tracks, tightening screws and replaced ones that were no good!! Reset the garage door settings too!!
