Precision is totally professional and qualified. They came out on a Sunday, gave a quote, no charge. They answer their phone, which is very nice, they are available for you. Planned the garage door and remotes over the phone, they took a deposit, and they scheduled their techs for Tuesday. The techs were totally professional and qualified, called prior to arriving, arrived 12:15 pm, and completed the job by 2:30 pm. This has been a very good experience, everything went smoothly and easily, beginning to ending. Very pleasantly surprise and grateful to these guys; YES

Our rep. Was great at communication all along the way. We had to get quotes for FEMA so it took months to be able to agree and finalize the purchase. They were very patient in working with us. Came when they said they would and quickly completed the job. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend them to others.

My old door looked fine but didn't work because all the mechanisms were over thirty years old. Izak, the technician, was wonderful to work with, understanding that I really could not afford a new door. There were no high pressure sales, just options of what could be done. Within two hours he had my door working like new! I will definitely call when it is time to replace the door! Thank you, Izak.

Spent $20,000 on new garage doors and keypads and 4 months later the keypad stops working. Not only will they not provide technical assistance for me to reprogram it myself at home, they want to schedule and charge for a service call. I would never use them or recommend them. Everything is a money grab.

Precision Garage Door is always right on time. I called in the morning, and got service that afternoon. Can't get any better than that! I had just bought a new car and needed the garage door programed but the remote was missing. I called and Precision replaced the remote and now, I can get into my garage. THANKS Precision! Sincerely, Steve Harris Seminole, Fl.

Jesus from Precision Garage Door was excellent. He diagnosed our issue (broken garage door cable from saltwater exposure from storms and hurricanes, rusted hinges, rollers, etc.). He proposed replacement equipment and a quote, while explaining the need and reason for them. Then he proceeded to replace everything as described, all in the same visit, from parts and supplies in his Precision work truck. He was knowledgeable and professional, and did excellent work. Also we were very glad to get everything fixed, replaced and working again, on the same day it broke and I called for help.
