I asked Precision door to tune up my garage door. I had a loud bang every time it closed. As precision indicates, that's what I got. A highly knowledgeable tech (very clean in appearance) who knew just where to look and just what to do. In ten minutes the bang was gone and the door has never worked so smoothly. Bill Garcia was a life-saver! We own a townhouse in Seminole Isle with brand new tenants. Their door stopped working on Christmas and we didn't find out until New Year's Eve! Bill explained everything and pretty much dropped everything to fix our door. The tenants were very pleased and his communications throughout the process were stellar!!
