We had the best experience this morning with Precision Overhead Garage Door. The two employees that came out did a great job explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were both very professional and their customer service was outstanding. Overall wonderful experience!

You sent Jose to fix my door. You can be very proud of the way he represents your company. He was polite, competent, friendly and spoke good English ( not always the case these days). He explained the different options without pushing the better spring. He saw the picture of my wife and I in our uniforms (we are both retired Army) and said you give a 5% discount to military. Thank you.

Great job! Chris was so kind and friendly and did a splendid job. We cannot get over how quiet it is. We had it serviced by. A different company in the past but it made very loud noise even after they had been here. Chris knew right away what we needed. We are very happy that we found you. Thank you.

Excellent job and service. The whole job was competed in 48 hours. Michelle came out and gave a written estimate on Wednesday. She was a doll... Then on Thursday Adam came and installed my door. He was professional, polite and meticulously conscientious about his work. Thank you Precision Door for my Christmas present.

I gave Matt a five star rating. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything that he needed to do to make the new keypad and remote work. I have used Precision in the past at my large home in Bardmoor many years ago and the system still works very well there for the new tenants.

Today, December 11, 2018, Jason Templin installed our new garage door. This was a replacement of a similar door which was close to 20 years old. Jason's work ethic was outstanding. He worked orderly and professionally. The entire installation took about 2 hours plus. I was very pleased with the outcome and Janson's attention to detail. I can certainly recommend this company for any garage door work.

Matt Leto is the best. Easy going, pleasant and knowledgeable. Whenever I need service, I always ask for Matt. He offered to repair the door rollers but we knew the door was so old it was on the way to total failure, so we opted for a new door. Our choice completely...no pressure whatsoever!
