I was very satisfied with the service I received from Shane He was very helpful and explained how the garage door opener worked and checked everything to make sure it was working properly. We bought our garage door from them 2 years ago and are very satisfied with the quality and service. If you need a new garage door you should use Precision.

Garage door would not close, rather it would jerk up and down preventing it from closing. The technician spotted the problem quickly and corrected it. I was impressed with his service and also the fact that all techs call 30 minutes ahead to say when they will arrive. Those who answer the phone are professional and know which questions to ask and work with your schedule as to when their tech will arrive. I highly recommend this company.

We selected precision for the following reasons: 1. Flexible hours and appointment scheduling 2. No extra charge for weekend service 3. Professionalism of your telephone representatives 4. Service technician had all parts needed on his truck 5. Service technician, Isaac, was exceedingly courteous and professional. 6. Competitive cost. The service performed included a new operator, roller replacement and general adjustment. Basically, complete replacement except for the springs. We will not hesitate to use your service again. Isaac was simply outstanding as a technician and a true credit to your organization! Landis Family Seminole, Florida

Kevin Cutolo was very professional in dealing with me. He determined that my old opener was showing signs of age, electrical issues, and gears wearing out. Kevin gave me options for repair or replacement. I felt no pressure as to which option to select. I elected complete replacement of the opener and rails. The work was completed and cleanup was done. I am very satisfied with the installation.

Carlos was prompt, friendly and professional. I had called regarding my garage door opener. Carlos diagnosed the problem and advised me of issues I would to have addressed at some point as my system was 15 years old. There was no pressure to have the work done now although I decided to have it done before a real problem arose. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone wanting quality work done.
