We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door 3 times now, once for a total door replacement for one of our sons, and two or three times for repair work on our garage door, like this morning. I called and the next day a service tech was at our house. Besides fixing our door, he was extremely polite and helpful. We will be replacing the door soon, it is approximately 30 years old. I would and have recommended them often.

Precision was awesome from the moment I phoned in, the guy I spoke with was new to the area also and scheduled me for same day service on a Saturday, plus they called and met me 3 hours earlier than I was scheduled. From when I called this morning and talked to the receptionist, who was really nice and really fun to the technician Brian Harmon that came out. What a great experience!! Have dealt with precision for many years. We used them at our home in Virginia and when we moved to Florida we called them to replace a garage door. We were not yet living in Florida and when we did get here the garage door installed was not what we requested. I called precision and they came out and replaced the door with no extra charge to us. They were very professional and made the job right. I continue to use precision and have never been disappointed.

Over five years ago they replaced my garage door. Very happy with that. Today they replaced my old opener. Same day I called the were here within the hour. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Hotter then heck outside but he didn’t complain. Great attitude. Very helpful.
