Service technician was very nice and knowledgable. We wanted to have the trim around the garage door replaced and we were quoted almost $900.00. Outrageous for three pieces of plastic trim and maybe an hour's work.

The garage door wouldn't close. I couldn't find a reason, neither could the lawn man. I called for service and was told no one could come before the next morning. Tanner said all the emergency appointments were taken. It was about 5:30. He said he would page someone to let them know. I was worried because the door wouldn't close and there have been a lot of thefts in the neighborhood lately. Burglaries, cat theft, even physical attacks. So I wasn't comfortable waiting..but I had to. I'm disabled and live on my own. I hardly slept last night because I was so worried. This morning I received a call amd not one but 2 people showed up. Apologized and fixed it. It was a very simple fix. And the men were proffessional. I could have fixed it myself I'd noticed the problem. So I like my garage door amd the company. But one of the selling points was the 24 hour service. And that didn't happen. Other wise I'm happy.

Precision Door and James our installer were excellent. Fast service, polite, professional. We wanted to replace an old opener with a new LiftMaster and James also noticed one of our door springs was about to blow out from the wall. He replaced the opener and the springs in 90 minutes and even used a small leaf blower to clean the garage floor when he was done. I would love to use Precision again but I know I won’t have to this repair will last for many years.

Christmas Eve and the garage door is not working. I called in the morning assuming that I would get service sometime after the holidays. No. Perfect customer service. I had two guys at my house at 5 p.m. They were friendly, professional, engaging, and installed my new opener quickly. I opted for one of their top of the line openers and it's quiet and I can open/close/check the status from my phone.
