We had Precision install our garage door 4 years ago. This is our first problem we had which had nothing to do with the door. We had a high voltage power surge and damaged our circuit board. Precision came out the same day I called. Jesse, my tech, found problem immediately and had it repaired within 15 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed with their service and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a new garage door.
