Hi … we had Josh out to put new sensors on and the bill was $363.00 after I looked on the internet I found out it should cost anywhere from $50 to $300 . I thought it was a bit expensive . It only took a few minutes and the parts shouldn’t be that much …. Hmmmm not a happy camper. He was very nice and professional .

I've used Precision Garage Door several years ago and again yesterday (Thank you Joshua) and have been well satisfied. They figure out what's wrong, give you a quote (which is accurate), explain it, and if you go ahead with them they do the job well, I'll use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.

Excellent service. Technician James quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door openers and had the necessary replacement parts on hand. He quickly installed the new parts and our garage doors now work good as new. James was also very polite and personable. It was a pleasure having him care for our garage door opener issue.

Your technician called early and was on time for the appointment. I feel he did a thorough evaluation and gave me estimates for each piece of the work that was needed allowing me to choose what I wanted done at that time. The costs and time estimates were spot on and the garage door and opener work well now. Your technician was polite, respectful and professional. I believe this technician is one of your best advertisements for your company. He performed admirably and spoke very highly of the company and its treatment of the emploees as well as the owner. My house flooded during Eta and my garage door stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. My appt was set for between 12 and 4 and they were at my house by noon! Josh & Page were wonderful. So polite and thorough. They more than met my needs! I would refer Precision to my friends.
