Precision is a great company, we and other family members have used them for years. Today a cable came lose and we could not get the door to close. When I called, they were completely booked but thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. Their response time was outstanding and technician Tim Vaughn was awesome! He had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. We highly recommend them!

I called the office and was informed a technician would be out the same day. Tim was our technician along with assistant Kris. He was professional, timely and provided us with honest advice. Our aged garage door system needed replacing and he provided us with 3 options, all fairly priced. The replacement was completed in about an hour and works beautifully.

Tim was very good about explaining everything before and after. Both guys courteous and good about wearing masks. Had two doors serviced and both work fine now. A little expensive on parts charges. Somehow got my name wrong. I would call them again.
