One of two springs on our 2-car garage snapped. We called Precision. Shane Tremaine came out when promised. In addition to replacing the two springs, Shame installed a new Linear opener. Everything worked flawlessly for about two weeks. Then the garage door was opening and closing by itself. I realize how odd that sounds but I witnessed it first hand. I called back. Shane came out the next day. Thankfully he didn't look at me like I was crazy! He went over a few possibilities but ultimately decided to replace the circuit board. Things are working flawlessly again. Shane represents Precision exceptionally well. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When he left the second time, he gave me his card with his personal cell number on it. Not many service technicians would do that. I would recommend Precision and Shane Tremaine to anyone looking for a garage door repair or a new opener.

We had a new hurricane resistant garage door with windows installed today. The sales person, Julie was very thorough and gave us a quote the same day. We were happy with the price and also upgraded our automatic door opener per her suggestion, ours was too small for the weight of the new hurricane door. We have used Precision Doors before to repair our old door and we were happy with the service 10 years ago. The installers were on time, courteous and did a fantastic installation job. I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs!!

When the tech arrived, everything was working for some reason. Since there was still a service call charge, he took the time to look at a few potential issues and advised me what courses of action I may consider taking to minimize future issues. He also showed me how to ensure my safety eyes were aligned and working properly. All of this was not required nor expected.

Christmas Eve and the garage door is not working. I called in the morning assuming that I would get service sometime after the holidays. No. Perfect customer service. I had two guys at my house at 5 p.m. They were friendly, professional, engaging, and installed my new opener quickly. I opted for one of their top of the line openers and it's quiet and I can open/close/check the status from my phone. I can't say enough positives about James and Jason, my two technicians from Precision. I'll never use another garage door company if/when I need work done again and will tell all my friends and neighbors about what a positive experience I had.

Garage door would not close, rather it would jerk up and down preventing it from closing. The technician spotted the problem quickly and corrected it. I was impressed with his service and also the fact that all techs call 30 minutes ahead to say when they will arrive. Those who answer the phone are professional and know which questions to ask and work with your schedule as to when their tech will arrive. I highly recommend this company.

We were extremely shocked and upset with the amount you charged for your service. Your tech was here 20-30 minutes and reconnected some wires and put a screw in to reattach wall station. For this you charged us $181.90. As an active member of Mainlands, I will make sure everyone I knows what you did and what you charged.
