Genie trolley broke late yesterday afternoon(Sunday). Tech arrived today (Monday) around 1:30 PM and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Very happy with prompt service, and cost. This is the 3rd time I have used this company for various garage door repairs.

I had used your service before and was satisfied with the out come. Kieth was very professional and courteous. The one problem I have is he damaged the ceiling in the garage and didn't tell me. I found it after he had left. Do you repair damages? Other then that he did a wonderful job and if I would need any repairs again I would give you a call.

I am so pleased with Precision Door because of their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Chris came to my house and after troubleshooting my problem found it was nothing more than a loose screw. He tightened the screw and didn’t even charge me. Bravo Chris and Bravo Precision Door for training their employees to have great pride in their work and their company.

My opener broke on Friday night and I called overhead door who was the name on my garage door on Saturday. Their office was closed and I always see the precision door commercials so I called them Saturday morning. They were very responsive. Chris had great customer service and was very informative as to my options. I would highly recommend.

I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater 5/3/2022 and someone called back on 5/4/2022. I explained I wanted to replace my garage door opener. That afternoon, Christian Walker was at my home to give me an estimate to do the work that I needed. I never saw a person work so fast and efficiently as Christian. In a little over one hour, he had my garage door opener installed, my outside pad, my inside opener, and my home link in my vehicle programed. Really a great job and a really nice person. Christian is the person I would call if I need any work done at my house.

Precision was recommended by some other residents of out townhome complex. Our technician, Chris, did a great job of explaining the issues and he was professional and very pleasant to work with. We replaced worn-out springs, cables, and rollers. Chris was on time and answered all our questions. The entire experience from booking the appointment to the quote and ultimate completion of the work was smooth. I would use Precision again if the need arose.

Cody (A) Johnson was our technician. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and performed the keypad replacement quickly. Precision replaced my automatic garage door opener a few years ago so they were my logical choice for this repair.

My family has used Precision for many years with nothing but great work. Punctual and efficient experiences. Today, Stephan was excellent. He did the best he could do after observing things the electrician did that shouldn't have been done. He did what he could and will be back after electrical work is finished. He apologized more than my contractor has after hearing of all the problems I've had. A great company! Very refreshing in this day and age.

Quality of service you receive from Precision Overhead Garage Doors is subperb and far above the rest. Sherman was Great! In my opinion they are the only company for garage door needs

I have used Precision for the past Six years. Each time they send a professional worker to solve a problem. They check all other door components and advise you of potential issues. Worker, Chris Johnson, was sent out yesterday to replace two door springs. Expert installation and service by him. I would highly recommend them for garage door repairs.

Technician was very curteous and explained the problem well. The one thing I have to say is the price structure way extremely high. For 2 small parts.

Precision Overhead repaired our worn out, 13-year-old garage door on the same day I called in for service! Wow, when do you ever get that kind of service? Was I just lucky, or do they have a special way of communicating with their mobile techs to make this to happen? Anyway, Chris did an outstanding job and completed the work, according to one of three separate options he offered me. Sort of a good, better, best thing, with respective longer length warranty periods for each. I chose the best option, which gave me the best materials and a seven-year warranty on parts and labor. Total cost was $2,427 and well worth it. Thanks, Chris!

I needed a sensor, $200. Lubricate and adjust spring, $120, Fleet transportation $20 (whatever that is). Price was exorbitant!

I had received the coupons in the mail. I called another company first and after four reschedules, I called Precision. They came out the next day and had our door all fixed up within an hour. Chris did a fabulous job. I will definitely tell everyone to use Precision. My father was watching Chris work and called Precision to see if he could work on his door so he wouldn't have to come out again and they made it happen.

Jason Daring is a wonderful young man, tribute to your company. Did excellent work, explaining everything, so polite. However, your app, MYQ is not user friendly for us ordinary people..Jason was kind enough to set everything up for us. Thanks, Jason!
