I was very pleased with Matt’s knowledge of the equipment. He also gave me a education of the problem on my doors. I was very impressed Matt’s professional manner. Even though Matt didn’t seem to be a fan of Georgia Tech I will not hold that against him, This time. I will give him a 5 Star rating. Thanks,

Carlos was prompt, friendly and professional. I had called regarding my garage door opener. Carlos diagnosed the problem and advised me of issues I would to have addressed at some point as my system was 15 years old. There was no pressure to have the work done now although I decided to have it done before a real problem arose. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone wanting quality work done.

I am very appreciative of the service received from Precision. Shane was so polite in dealing with this 80 year old who felt very silly having someone come to just plug my door into the outlet. I thought I checked all my options, but did not even think of my door being unplugged. Thanks, Shane, for being so patient with me.
