After a change in schedule, which was handled well, technician Carlos Morales arrived. He was cordial and presented himself well. He proceeded to assess the problem(inconsistent opening and closing and light on/off problem). He said a surge had caused system to function properly. He fixed problem in about 20 mns. and system performs well. thank you

Carlos Maralos did a complete overhaul of our garage door working parts. No vendor has ever pleased me as much as Carlos did. In addition to doing a great job with a wonderful attitude, he told me what he was doing and why . Moreover he did a lot of little things I. e. setting up old openers on separate garage that helped me a lot. He did them in a very few minutes that would have taken me an hour. We will always ask for him in the future. We bought a lot of new parts beyond what is listed below.

Were surprised by the 20 dollar disposal fee which was never quoted previously, although i asked for a total price. This should be included or explained when quoting.

I asked Precision door to tune up my garage door. I had a loud bang every time it closed. As precision indicates, that's what I got. A highly knowledgeable tech (very clean in appearance) who knew just where to look and just what to do. In ten minutes the bang was gone and the door has never worked so smoothly.
