When I first Used Percision, was in 2016 .We were in need of a new door.I called the service person came right out.He showed us the door ordered the one we wanted and that was it .I called another time I'm not sure what it was doing but it was checked out the problem was taken care of.The service man did tell me I will be needing to replace the door opener at some time it was getting worn out .Well that day came. So I called today and around !!:30 AM The service men were here .They told me how bad it was. I let them know I was told that day was coming. Great Service Let me know what the total was and then I said lets do it. I was asked if I had enough time for them to do the replacement would take about an hour .No Problem I had no place to be today .Thank You For Great Service ALL The Time.!!!!

I had called to request a quote on simply replacing the back-up battery of our garage door opener. I gave all the specific details of our model and was given a quote of $125-$150. I agreed and scheduled the technician. A few days later when the technician arrived to install, he gave me a quote of $238. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed. I told him the quote I had been given. He went back to the van and after about 10 minutes came back and said they would do it for $150. It felt very unprofessional and disingenuous. Good service, but I question the pricing policies the company and technicians employ.

We needed our door spring replaced. Daron looked at the whole door and of course tried to sell me new coils. That is his job, I politely declined. I was impressed by his knowledge, he told me my spring was a 2007 model. I have another door that was installed by Precision and is still working like new. Daron gave me an estimate, I accepted. He started the job and was finished in about 15 minutes. A job well done and worth the money. Daron is efficient, kind, well spoken and an excellent representative for the company.

I chose Precision to complete repairs to my garage door, because the previous company AAA Garage doors did not fix the door after returning 5 times. Precision had completed work on my daughter's garage door and I was completely satisfied. At this time, I am satisfied of the work completed this morning by Matthew Cipolla. Exceptional job done. Thank you so very much.

We chose Precision because we had used them in the past and because we had a coupon. They were able to provide same day service. The technicians were knowledgeable and did a professional job in a very reasonable amount of time. We found the fee charged straight forward and fair. We will call them again when needed

We had the best experience this morning with Precision Overhead Garage Door. The two employees that came out did a great job explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were both very professional and their customer service was outstanding. Overall wonderful experience!

We called because the seal strip on the bottom of our door had rotted. When Matt came out, he found other issues that we had not noticed, but were significant. He spent many hours doing all of the repairs. The results were very apparent. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use Precision again.

I called Precision on a Wed. morning and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out and perform an inspection and present a quote for a new garage door opener. The technician called me 30 min. prior to his arrival and when he arrived, went over the job and presented a scope of work. Needless to say, I decided to move forward and he had everything completed within an hour and a half! Overall, I received excellent service and Michael Graves was awesome to work with! I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!
