We had a broken spring on our garage door. We called late Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning which was great for our schedule! John Tsangarinos was our technician and called ahead to advise he would be coming. He explained options for repair and had it replaced in no time! I was very pleased with the technician and service. He explained to me the problems and what needed replacing, He showed me the worn wheels, the insufficient springs for my Miami Dade Hurricane garage door (extremely heavy), and the belt that had missing "teeth". I was actually able to lift the garage door on my own for the first time because of the more sturdy appropriate springs. He completed the work in a very timely manner.
