Everything was great! John Pappas was the tech dispatched to my home and he showed up more than an hour early (he called ahead to ensure it was OK and I was home) for which I was very grateful! Once on site we talked about the damage and checked the door for less than 5 minutes and he knew exactly what needed to be done to get it operating correctly again. He installed the frame bracket at the top panel and everything took less than a half hour. He even recalibrated the opener / door close limit to ensure it was as flush to the ground as possible without pressing against it - something I didn't even realize was happening prior to his arrival. John was great right from jump street, the price was very reasonable - especially for a saturday afternoon appointment and the work went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone in need of help with their garage door!!

5-star good product, excellent service rep--friendly, intelligent, diligent. Your categories below don't fit the work done. The service performed was the installation of locks/bolts to secure door when power is off. So, yes we did purchase the locks/bolts but that isn't mentioned in your choices.

Precision has always been our choice for anything garage door related. This time when we needed work done I did a quick check of the recommendations on the local neighborhood website just out of curiosity and it's unanimous- Precision is very highly recommended. The service call this week was outstanding. Andrew Lachance was our technician and did an exceptional job at communicating our options. He completed his work quickly and efficiently, and his finished product was beyond our expectations. While we have done business with Precision for the past 10+ years, Andrew's outstanding customer service has reaffirmed our commitment to do business with your company in the future!

Michele came out to see us after she had given us a quote months ago but we were just not ready to buy then. She followed up with us several times and we are glad we called her back. She is the epitome of professionalism, she really knows her products, recommended exactly what we needed. She was very cordial and had a great disposition despite the crazy Florida heat while she showed us several garage door options. Thank you Michelle! We can not wait for our new garage door!

Jim came to the house quickly, he knew what the problem was and fixed it perfectly. He showed us how we could have been in danger if the suspension pipe had broken. He replaced all parts and worked hard to complete the project in a timely, efficient manner. We are grateful for this man's help.
