The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my garage door rollers were badly worn and my opener was wearing out. He produced an itemized list complete with prices of what was required to replace the unit, and I was not pressured to accept the most expensive choices. Once we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.

The technician, Carlos Morales and his assistant Jordon arrived on time and quickly assessed what was needed. They were very professional and explained what options I had to change over from extension springs to a torsion spring system. I called at 4:30pm and a call was scheduled for the day at 10am. I received a call from Matt that the opener motor was burn out. The opener was more than 10 years old. I told him to replace it and the job was finished in less than 2 hours. Great company
