You have great employees. While the repair was great and the door is running like it was new, the two men you sent out here get an A++ for customer service and integrity. Hard to find these days.

I was very pleased with the technician and service. He explained to me the problems and what needed replacing, He showed me the worn wheels, the insufficient springs for my Miami Dade Hurricane garage door (extremely heavy), and the belt that had missing "teeth". I was actually able to lift the garage door on my own for the first time because of the more sturdy appropriate springs. He completed the work in a very timely manner.

This will be third time I’ve used this company. It’s always the same experience - Phenomenal. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave Crowe on a Saturday afternoon to help with my garage door that decided to ruin a beautiful afternoon. Not only did Dave knock out my possessed garage door in record time but his personality was fantastic. He turned a lousy day into a great day with his infectious laugh and upbeat personality. Folks, do yourself a favor - don’t bother calling any other company. Precision delivers perfection work consistency with a stable of outstanding technicians. You will not be disappointed with this 5 star company. The Owner, Jim , obviously treats his men and women with respect and appreciation because the technician quality is always an 11 out of 10. Thank You Jim !!

My tech called me ahead of time and arrived on time. Dallas was very professional and checked out my garage door and unit. He let me know what he found and what he recommended. The work was done well and Dallas went out of his way to help save me time and money. This company is the best garage door company I have ever had over 30 years. I highly recommend you look no further and call them for all your tune up and any issues with your garage door and openers.
