I think $89.95 just to pull in the driveway is too high. All was done was an adjustment on the eye not really much labor involved. Something like this should be up to the driver on how much to charge. Being a senior on limited income is a little steep. I will not recommend this company. Thank you anyway

I called precision garage because I want them to check for door damage . I parked my car too near the door that the rear part of the car “got entangled” with the door . The garage door stopped halfway going down. I also requested Safety maintenance service. The repair man came after an hour of wait. His name is Noah Geer. After checking the door, Noah explained the job to me clearly and patiently. He was pleasant ,patient and courteous. He appeared confident and that was reassuring. One of two springs on our 2-car garage snapped. We called Precision. Shane Tremaine came out when promised. In addition to replacing the two springs, Shame installed a new Linear opener. Everything worked flawlessly for about two weeks. Then the garage door was opening and closing by itself. I realize how odd that sounds but I witnessed it first hand. I called back. Shane came out the next day. Thankfully he didn't look at me like I was crazy! He went over a few possibilities but ultimately decided to replace the circuit board. Things are working flawlessly again. Shane represents Precision exceptionally well. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When he left the second time, he gave me his card with his personal cell number on it. Not many service technicians would do that. I would recommend Precision and Shane Tremaine to anyone looking for a garage door repair or a new opener.

We had a new hurricane resistant garage door with windows installed today. The sales person, Julie was very thorough and gave us a quote the same day. We were happy with the price and also upgraded our automatic door opener per her suggestion, ours was too small for the weight of the new hurricane door. Christmas Eve and the garage door is not working. I called in the morning assuming that I would get service sometime after the holidays. No. Perfect customer service. I had two guys at my house at 5 p.m. They were friendly, professional, engaging, and installed my new opener quickly. Garage door would not close, rather it would jerk up and down preventing it from closing. The technician spotted the problem quickly and corrected it. I was impressed with his service and also the fact that all techs call 30 minutes ahead to say when they will arrive. Those who answer the phone are professional and know which questions to ask and work with your schedule as to when their tech will arrive. I highly recommend this company.
