My husband has always handled things going wrong with our home. He recently passed away and my garage door stopped working correctly. We had used Precision Door before and were very happy. 4 stars, as I didn’t receive an invoice because I paid by check. I would have paid in a different manner had I understood that. Then, a day later upon receiving the invoice electronically, satisfaction of the work completed was “x’d” as my signature. I was never given the opportunity to sign so an x should not have been signed for me.

Precision is a great company, we and other family members have used them for years. Today a cable came lose and we could not get the door to close. When I called, they were completely booked but thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. Their response time was outstanding and technician Tim Vaughn was awesome! My seventeen year old garage door motor had finally quit working and it was replaced with a new genie garage door opener. The technician (William Masten) showed me the various models available and had the one I selected in his truck. He quickly removed my old system and replaced it with the new opener. The technician was courteous and explained the operation of the new system to me. He was very proficient in setting up the new system and I would highly recommend him.

I called on a Sunday regarding a broken spring and other problems. A technician was at my house the next day and evaluated the situation. He provided me with 3 options all with different prices and levels of warranty. After deciding, he went to work and completed the job in less than 2 hours. A job well done!

Okay guys…Precision Garage Doors, big company, local employees. Big name, low price! Precision being in the name puts pressure on them…and they live up to it!!! One guy, all the tools he needed, removes single 1960’s swing out door, installs new four panel (WITH GARAGE DOOR OPENER…RIGHT???) in just under three hours! AND…hauls off the old door!!! I’m telling you…don’t let the name keep you from calling…NOW…go…call Precision Garage Doors!!!
