We were extremely shocked and upset with the amount you charged for your service. Your tech was here 20-30 minutes and reconnected some wires and put a screw in to reattach wall station. A service call for a check-up on an Amarr Entrematic two-car garage door and a Lanier garage door opener that was istalled in December 2018 was scheduled for today. The serviceman arrived on time and oiled the needed parts. He found that a wire was partially covering a sensor and may interfere with its operation for opening AND closing smoothly. Otherwise, there was no problem WITH NORMAL operations. Thank you. The home is a home that is HOMESTEADED to the rightful owner. The garage door is a nice product.

He made some great recommendations regarding my garage door and I ended up going with the option to get a new one rather than repair the current one. Moved in to my new ( to me ) home today. Double garage door would not work. Called Precision before noon, and the technician, Jason Daring was there before 4pm. The motor needed to be replaced, and the entire garage door needed to be rebuilt; including straightening from an obvious case of a car backing into the door. Jason gave me an estimate and I authorized work to begin. I was worried that he couldn’t possibly finish all the work this late in the day. He assured me that he wouldn’t leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. After about three hours of intense, non stop labor, the door and all controls were working like new.
