Great job. Rebuilt garage doors, installed new opener and key pad, reprogrammed key pad and car opener button. Came on time. Worked hard. Taught me how to use the new equipment. Wonderful experience.

Very pleased with the service. I called at 7:45 this morning to inquire about a new garage door opener as ours broke. The service technician arrived shortly after 1045, was finished before 2 pm. Fast, professional, friendly, and neat. He even took the time to ensure we knew how to use all the new features.

Having had work done with Precision in the past and knowing of their quick response, I called them to look over my groaning garage door. Although what I ended up with cost more than I hoped, the tech/installer thoroughly explained several options and I am very pleased with the results. Daron was very respectful of my decision and did the repairs quickly and professionally.

I previously called Precision to deal with garage door issues at a previous home I owned. Totally satisfied with quick (same day) response, I naturally called them to deal with garage door issues at my current residence. Again, same day professional service with an experienced, friendly service technician who explained the issues in plain English and who provided various options to make the necessary repairs on the spot - having the necessary equipment and components on his truck - truly underscores Precision’s professionalism.

I chose Precision based on some recommendations on NextDoor. I just needed some light general servicing and the safety sensors adjusted. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, however the price charged for the services performed was extremely high. He was here for just about an hour without any products purchased, installed or used, except for lubricant, and the total was $417!!!! That’s ridiculous. I will not be recommending your company to anyone based on your exorbitant pricing.

Our garage door and opener (over 18 years old) fell apart on a Sunday night. By Monday midday, Precision Door had installed a new opener and accompanying systems. Their mechanic, Chris, took the time to explain everything: why the previous door had broken, and the benefits I now own of a new and modern system. I am very happy with work Precision Door has done for me.
