Precision has always been our choice for anything garage door related. This time when we needed work done I did a quick check of the recommendations on the local neighborhood website just out of curiosity and it's unanimous- Precision is very highly recommended. This repair was for the bracket that holds the springs to the leader/header board. This is the second time I have had Precision out to my house. Each time they have taken care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They point out things to watch for in the future, but no high pressure sales to do it right away. So they fix the actual problem, and don't try to manufacture work that is not needed. The price has always been less than I expected. Both techs have been very polite, friendly, professional, and offer helpful, informative information about my door and opener.
