David Crowe called ahead. Came within time estimate given. Was very nice, professional and friendly. Explained what was needed. Gave me options on what needed fixing now or in the future and why and what the different costs would be for the options. Told me how long it would take (and fixed it within the time quoted). Though pricey, it needed fixing. All around great job. Would use again.

Technician was professional, informative and clean. Arrived at my home on time. He quickly examined my existing door, explained the problems and possible solutions. He offered three quality levels of materials and their individual costs. Once I made my decision, he worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned the area prior to leaving. He had installed 2 new springs and replaced all the rollers. I wasn't happy with the price, but had selected the best parts and, knowing you get what you pay for, knew in advance about Precision's quality service.

The technician called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. when he arrived he introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. He started to work right away after making sure all safety measures were in place and that he too was protected. Another truck arrived later and I was introduced to the technician and he followed the same procedure making sure all safety measures were in place. The installation of a new AMARR HERITAGE 1000 24 GAGE STEEL, NO WINDOWS, HURRICANE RATED, two door garage door went very well! The installer on December 19, 2018 arrived timely, worked fast. The door opens and closes very quietly. The new garage door opener equipment is also quiet. When the door is closed, it appears to muffle much of the street noise This is the second time Precision Door installed a garage door for me at two separate houses. Great product. Great service.
