This is the second time I have used them and again couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The service man was the same one as before and he is really good to deal with. He listens to what you have to say and gives answers to your questions. He is okay with watching him do the work. The whole experience is great.

I purchased a garage door from Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay and I am very happy with how things went. From the first phone call I made to this company to the meeting with Anastasia Bender for an estimate, she was punctual, polite and answered all my questions. She was not pushy and she wore a mask! My family had ours on and she put one on showing respect for us. When I called her the next morning on Friday to tell her I want them to install our door and asked when could I get it done, I was very pleased to hear her say "how is Saturday?" That was great! Adam a very polite man did the whole install. He phoned ahead of time and told me he was on his way. He worked hard and I checked a few times on him and was amazed at how it was progressing! So a little over 2 1/2 hours I went out and it was done! Adam showed me the areas I need to keep lubricated and patiently explained the operation of my new garage door. I would definitely recommend using Precision for your garage door needs!

My husband has always handled things going wrong with our home. He recently passed away and my garage door stopped working correctly. We had used Precision Door before and were very happy. I called in the morning and someone was here by 3:00 pm. The technician was very helpful and pleasant. I will always recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs a repair or a new door.

4 stars, as I didn’t receive an invoice because I paid by check. I would have paid in a different manner had I understood that. Then, a day later upon receiving the invoice electronically, satisfaction of the work completed was “x’d” as my signature. I was never given the opportunity to sign so an x should not have been signed for me.
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today regarding your feedback. We apologize for our technician not explaining that we are not having customers sign our tablets due to COVID19. We have also emailed your invoice to you. If you need anything else, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.
