The service tech Chris Carelas made a thorough inspection of my system and informed me that my garage door rollers were badly worn and my opener was wearing out. He produced an itemized list complete with prices of what was required to replace the unit, and I was not pressured to accept the most expensive choices. Once we agreed on what was needed he performed the work neatly and professionally in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the result.
