My seventeen year old garage door motor had finally quit working and it was replaced with a new genie garage door opener. The technician (William Masten) showed me the various models available and had the one I selected in his truck. He quickly removed my old system and replaced it with the new opener. The technician was courteous and explained the operation of the new system to me. He was very proficient in setting up the new system and I would highly recommend him.

I called on a Sunday regarding a broken spring and other problems. A technician was at my house the next day and evaluated the situation. He provided me with 3 options all with different prices and levels of warranty. After deciding, he went to work and completed the job in less than 2 hours. A job well done!

impressed that I could make an appointment on Sunday. Phone service excellent. Two workmen spent time giving instructions on hurricane preparedness and operation of various parts. Polite and efficient. Gave me their names and told me to call Precision and ask for them if I had further questions.

I was so impressed by the wonderful service starting with Michelle who came out to measure and set up our contract and being able to have our new garage door installed all within a week. The young man who installed it (I didn't get his name) was just as wonderful as Michelle. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Tech Zack did a good job in a short time. He was very nice and explained everything in an easy to understand way. If I were to need service again in the future, I would ask for Zack to do the work.

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for several years since I know what to expect and that I will get prompt, efficient service and excellent product! I now live in a Town Home in a beach community. Precisions door designer came prepared with wind code requirements, trim interface needs and which opener I needed to be compatible with my cell phone device. Now, that's service! Bedford Dabney

We called Precision Garage and we were delighted that they were able to come the same day. Bob and Travis were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were able to assess the problem and fix our garage door all in the same day. They were extremely prepared and had all of the parts needed and our garage door is much quieter when it opens and closes now. We are so grateful for your service!

As a Global HealthCare Leader, Philanthropist, Author, and Businessman, I am taking this time to write this review due in great part to the extraordinary service provided from your associate, Matt. First, I was referred to Precision by a business associate and admittedly speaking, I was not expecting much from the first appointment since it was simply an occasion to have an analysis of the garage doors of a home i recently purchased in St Petersburg. From the first moment I met Matt it was obvious to me that he did not see his role as a salesman and more as a consultant willing to identify solutions to problems. As a CEO of Public and Private Companies and as an author of one book on leadership and a second book due to be published in September, I am keenly aware of the attributes that separate the extraordinary performers from the average contributors. Matt possess all of the qualities that define a compassionate, committed, collaborative and creative leader. He instantly put me at ease with his in depth knowledge of alternative problem solving and i never felt like he was trying to push forward a business transaction and rather he truly took a vested interest in helping me reach a solution to the concerns I had with the two garage doors. I was not expecting to spend $6,000 in one occasion of meet and also shocked at the offer made to do the job on the same day of the assessment. Matt spent nearly 6 hours at my home never lodging one iota of dissatisfaction that the job continued into late evening. All in all, this experience as by far one of the best business interactions in my nearly 4 decades of owning a home and would recommend Precision and Matt without reservation due in great part to their unmatched customer service. WELL DONE!
