My second experience with Precision was also a good one. After calling Saturday and scheduling an appointment on Sunday, the service tech called on Sunday and said he could arrive 30 minutes sooner than scheduled, which was great for me. The technician was courteous and worked efficiently and was done in short order (replaced the large garage door spring that broke). Very pleased with Precision and will continue using and recommending them.

We had a broken spring on our garage door. We called late Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning which was great for our schedule! John Tsangarinos was our technician and called ahead to advise he would be coming. He explained options for repair and had it replaced in no time!
