I was very pleased with the technician and service. He explained to me the problems and what needed replacing, He showed me the worn wheels, the insufficient springs for my Miami Dade Hurricane garage door (extremely heavy), and the belt that had missing "teeth". I was actually able to lift the garage door on my own for the first time because of the more sturdy appropriate springs. He completed the work in a very timely manner.

John Pappas replaced both springs, lubricated hinges and tracks, and made sure system was working before he left. A little more expensive than other businesses, but responded on weekend when others were closed. Overall, very happy with John and this company.

Everything was great! John Pappas was the tech dispatched to my home and he showed up more than an hour early (he called ahead to ensure it was OK and I was home) for which I was very grateful! Once on site we talked about the damage and checked the door for less than 5 minutes and he knew exactly what needed to be done to get it operating correctly again. He installed the frame bracket at the top panel and everything took less than a half hour. He even recalibrated the opener / door close limit to ensure it was as flush to the ground as possible without pressing against it - something I didn't even realize was happening prior to his arrival. John was great right from jump street, the price was very reasonable - especially for a saturday afternoon appointment and the work went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone in need of help with their garage door!!
