Having used this company in the past, I knew just who to call when I purchased a new home and wanted to have my system checked out...especially since there was an ominous sound in the motor. Jason arrived, diagnosed the issues, pointed out the problems and gave me a couple of options. Two hours later and after much effort on his part, the garage door works like it was brand new. Another excellent service call from an excellent company.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door due to the wonderful service and satisfaction of a previous purchase. Melanie, was excellent in providing the information requested for our quote. Follow-up was quick and scheduling was no issue. She was very friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. For this project we purchased a garage door, garage door opener and outside keypad. Sherman was our installer and was very outgoing, polite, and well spoken while keeping the work area clean and tidy. He really took the time to make sure the install was done with excellence. The final product looks great and the opener is so quiet. Well worth the investment. In this day and time when it is difficult to find those who go the extra mile while performing their job this seemed very natural for Sherman. He took the time to answer our questions and instruct us on the operation of the new equipment. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience and an excellent product. Again, both Melanie and Sherman provided over the top service and assistance.

Couldn't be happier. In a time when companies too often pay only passing attention to quality of service and presss their people to get in and out n a hurry, our technician Seth was prompt, courteous, thorough, and someone who held your eye when having a conversation with you. We could not have been more impressed.

The service Tech Christian Walker was excellent. He outlined in detail the various items that were worn out on our door. He offered several options we could choose from at various price breaks. No High Pressuer at all. Christian was neat and very professional about his work. The area was left clean . I would gladly reccommend your company to any one needing service repair of their garage door.

I was satisfied with everything, but your pricing scheme. I understand you’re running a business for a profit. However, I don’t think your add ons such as shop supplies and “fleet” charge are good business and will probably over time cost you customers.

I chose Precision due to word of mouth from neighbors. I had your tech come out last June to fix my double garage door fixed where the spring had sprung. I recently became widowed and Chris was so helpful and took care of everything for me . I trusted his opinions that helped me and saved me money. My third car garage door just sprung so I called and asked for Chris Pinnegar to come to fix it today. Once again, he was so helpful and took the time to explain everything to me about the mechanics of it all. Once again, I was stress free knowing he was taking care of it. Your company has a great reputation of being fair and honest and you did not fail. Thank you. Joyce Hall.

Friendly and informative service. We purchased a wireless garage door system with a camera that has so many amazing features. Very exciting to have the latest technology. I also hear your ads on Joy FM all the time and I love that you are a christian organization supporting my radio station. Thank you!!

My husband had a new garage door installed from your company a little over two years ago and I am so glad he did. He unfortunately passed six months ago and I now find myself taking care of home repairs. When I had issues with the door opening and closing I called to schedule an appointment, Travis was here the next morning, Sunday. I can’t say enough about his concern with my situation and resolving it in a timely manner. When I asked for the bill he told me that it was under warranty and there was no charge. You cannot imagine my surprise and delight that your company actually stands behind their product!

Austin was terrific! He arrived on time, was polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and allowed time for me to ask questions. He kept me updated as things progressed, and showed me garage door maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He used proper COVID precautions while he installed the new opener, and replaced the old door spring and rollers.

Daron E. was very thorough with his explanations of the issues & went into detail how I could resolve this particular problem on my own in the future. This is 4th time I have used Precision & will continue to in the future. They replaced the big spring, as well as a new garage door opener on past calls. Thank you
