Great prompt service. The technician called with an update for his arrival and estimated timing. He explained what needed to be done in layman's terms and gave me options for the fix. The job was done professionally and timely. Everything was cleaned up and fully functional when they left. I am totally happy with the experience.

When I first Used Percision, was in 2016 .We were in need of a new door.I called the service person came right out.He showed us the door ordered the one we wanted and that was it .I called another time I'm not sure what it was doing but it was checked out the problem was taken care of.The service man did tell me I will be needing to replace the door opener at some time it was getting worn out .Well that day came. So I called today and around !!:30 AM The service men were here .They told me how bad it was. I let them know I was told that day was coming. Great Service Let me know what the total was and then I said lets do it. I was asked if I had enough time for them to do the replacement would take about an hour .No Problem I had no place to be today .Thank You For Great Service ALL The Time.!!!!

I had called to request a quote on simply replacing the back-up battery of our garage door opener. I gave all the specific details of our model and was given a quote of $125-$150. I agreed and scheduled the technician. A few days later when the technician arrived to install, he gave me a quote of $238. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed. I told him the quote I had been given. He went back to the van and after about 10 minutes came back and said they would do it for $150. It felt very unprofessional and disingenuous. Good service, but I question the pricing policies the company and technicians employ.

We needed our door spring replaced. Daron looked at the whole door and of course tried to sell me new coils. That is his job, I politely declined. I was impressed by his knowledge, he told me my spring was a 2007 model. I have another door that was installed by Precision and is still working like new. Daron gave me an estimate, I accepted. He started the job and was finished in about 15 minutes. A job well done and worth the money. Daron is efficient, kind, well spoken and an excellent representative for the company.

I call u on Palm Sunday about our garage door was not sealing properly and a snake got in our garage????. You had someone at my house by 3 pm. Josh and Alejandro were awesome, they worked so hard and were so polite and professional they expalained everything and fixed the problem and serviced our garage door, never complained about the heat or working on a Sunday. We called because the seal strip on the bottom of our door had rotted. When Matt came out, he found other issues that we had not noticed, but were significant. He spent many hours doing all of the repairs. The results were very apparent. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use Precision again.

I called Precision on a Wed. morning and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out and perform an inspection and present a quote for a new garage door opener. The technician called me 30 min. prior to his arrival and when he arrived, went over the job and presented a scope of work. Needless to say, I decided to move forward and he had everything completed within an hour and a half! Overall, I received excellent service and Michael Graves was awesome to work with! I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!
