Great service. Responded quickly to my call, immediately knew the problem and gave us clear explanations of our options. Once we chose what we wanted, the work was done in just a little over an hour. The door works great and we would recommend Precision to anyone.

Came earlier than expected. Chris was well spoken and explained all issues in an understandable manner. Had the equipment on the truck and did an extensive repair in about 2 hours. Left the area cleaner than it was.

I just bought a house and the spring on the Garage was broken and needed repaired. My realtor referred me to Precision and said they were a good company to work with. My appointment time was set for between 10AM and 2PM. I received a call to let me know they had an earlier opening. I met the technician at the house. It turned out to be a much bigger repair than expected but I was given several options. After discussing with a family member I chose the option I wanted to go with and the technician went to work. He was timely, courteous and the door was fixed quickly. Great Job!!!

Precision Overhead Garage Door of St. Petersburg customer service was far beyond expectation… Due to the recent storm flooding my garage door controls were not working properly… I called Precision at 5:00PM to schedule an appointment… I was given an appointment for that night… At 6:20 Chris Johnson the technician arrived and determined that the sensors were not operational… By 6:50 the job was completed and I had my garage doors working again… Chris was friendly and professional… Could not have asked for better service… Thank you Precision Overhead and thank you Chris Johnson…

Called for repair. Opener taken off to repair and then told it can’t be repaired. Now I have no opener on, my spring is too tight and 500 for a basic opener with one remote. 70 for a keypad and more to program my remote. I could have bought a garage door opener at Home Depot with two remotes keypad and Bluetooth for less than 200, but now the garage door opener is off and laying on the ground: I felt I had no choice but to purchase one.

Outstanding service. Joshua was a professional who was passionate about his job and the precision as a company. He told me it was great getting up everyday and going to work for a company that cares about their employees. The garage door makeover was fantastic. Feels like we have a brand new door on the garage now. Highly recommend this company!

Thank you for taking care of updating our garage door system. Our request was actually taken care of the same day that we called. John Tsangarinos and his assistant arrived promptly, took care of everything, both professionally and courteously. John's explanations were easy to understand, which my wife greatly appreciated too. We appreciate all that John and his assistant did for us. We highly recommend John, his assistant, and Precision for "going the extra mile for us". Thank you.

Anytime we've experience problems with our garage door we never had to wait, Precision always comes at a reasonable time never having us wait all day for services to be render. The technicians are very well experience and courteous. The Technician completed an evaluation on our garage door and provided us with recommendations to keep our garage door operable. Thank you Precision.

I'm very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door...from initial service call, email follow up, to Technician's (Jordan Tompkins) phone call to give me an estimated time of arrival. Jordan arrived on time, very well organized, experienced, polite and professional. Jordan gave me 3 options to choose from for my repair. He was pleasant and fast. Precision Overhead Garage was easy start to finish. I highly recommend. I have previously had replaced my garage door opener with this company and to find out, the same Technician. My wife was very pleased and now I see why. Great Company keep up the good work and hiring the quality people you do.
