5-star good product, excellent service rep--friendly, intelligent, diligent. Your categories below don't fit the work done. The service performed was the installation of locks/bolts to secure door when power is off. So, yes we did purchase the locks/bolts but that isn't mentioned in your choices.

Four stars for the business professionalism & one super fast ???? shooting star to David the Technician that installed my garage door opener on a rainy Saturday afternoon. He actually showed up right at the beginning scheduled 4hour timeline window. He is very knowledgeable, kind, clean-cut fella, mannerly, and very proud & passionate about his position there at PDS.
