Very good installation of the garage door movement mechanism. Surprisingly quiet and reliable. Robert Trotter gave me a helping hand moving items out of the way, even though it was my responsibility It seems to me the new regulations are more concerned about the safety of my non-existent underage children, than my own safety of any uninvited intruders entering my garage. No possibility of warning light, which I had before.

My experience with this company began with the salesperson, Rebecca Fernandez. She was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process of selecting the garage door so very easy for me. We purchased a new garage door and a new garage door opener. The installer was professional and meticulous, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I have recommended this company, and the sales person, to Neighbors in my area, and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

The unexpected expense of a spring break can be more than you want to handle in these trying times. Andy Peck came out and made it a pleasant experience. We were considering replacing the opener later this year, but after Andy went over the options that he had, we decided to go ahead and get it done now. I would highly recommend this company and especially Andy Peck if you have any Garage Door needs.

I was very impressed by the service I received!!! Once I made the call to Precision, a technician was at my house within an hour (although it wasn't an emergency). My tech was Zack and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained my options thoroughly and quickly installed my replacement parts. He even cleaned up the area and swept the floor when he was done. I will definitely call Precision for any other garage door needs!!

We had a power outage that caused a malfunction of the system. I called at noontime and despite the late hour, a tech was able to come by within four hours. As a repeat customer, I would not call anyone else. My problem was fixed directly. The tech knew what he was doing and fixed the problem on the first try.

I have used Precision Garage Door for many years for both my own home and rental properties. They have installed new units, performed major repairs like replacing springs and made minor repairs and reprogramming. Each time their service and prices are unbeatable! I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY garage door needs. Their staff - especially Brian are polite and knowledgable - respectful of my time, money and safety.

Have dealt with precision for many years. We used them at our home in Virginia and when we moved to Florida we called them to replace a garage door. We were not yet living in Florida and when we did get here the garage door installed was not what we requested. I called precision and they came out and replaced the door with no extra charge to us. They were very professional and made the job right. I continue to use precision and have never been disappointed.

I can't say enough about the customer service and technical expertise that Precision provided. I had my new door installed yesterday, and the serviceman, Luke, could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. He went through every detail with me so I would have complete understanding of how to operate my new door. It was blazing hot out, and yet this nice technician never complained. The office staff also deserve a shout out. I had to change my appointment date several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were always able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Thank you Jesse for fixing our garage door this morning. I called at 7:45 and an hour later Jesse was here. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He gave different options to fix the door and the charge was reasonable. Would absolutely recommend Precision for any work needed. Great company! Thank you.

Robert Trotter repaired our garage door opener and replaced springs. Our system was damaged with a lightening strike. (We also lost Cable, telephones, etc). He was very professional and was very good at explaining things in detail and answering questions. Very friendly and personable. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend the service of this company. Thanks so much.

Precision came out to service and update our garage doors that are about 10 years old, and did an excellent job. They replaced the springs, rollers, cables, and added a new door opener. Our doors have never worked better nor been as quiet as they are now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. You won’t be disappointed.

Mike Fanning came out to assess a broken belt and keypad for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely polite. After checking out our garage door, he offered us multiple options and gave us an honest opinion of what he thought was best in our situation. He was quick and efficient in replacing our opener, and then he took the time to walk through the new system with me before leaving. Highly recommend Mike for service and Precision for garage door needs.

The technician was incredibly rude and condescending. He quoted me over $200 to repair a belt to which I said that's a little steep since the unit didn't even cost that much. On multiple occasions he slowly explained to me "well, you know I'm installing it too, right." Since I called to schedule a replacement of a worn belt I'm confident I knew that.

Luke Rose was our technician. He was on time, polite, and a great trouble shooter. We purchased a hurricane impact door and we're having trouble with the opener. Luke figured out the problem and fixed it efficiently. Thanks Luke , Preston and Kaileen Legard

Wrong size door sent to be installed. Was installed anyway while we wait for correct size. Far to heavy for me to lift manually. About 8 steel reinforcements on inside of garage is what’s causing this. To heavy for door opener to even work. I am not paying any balance due until this is all fixed. Also, there is supposed to be a keypad included. It wasn’t. I
