EXCELLENT - EXCELLENT - EXCELLENT TOM WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. HE ANALYZED THE SITUATION QUICKLY AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD NOT PROGRAM THE IN-CAR REMOTE FOR THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. TOM SHOWED US THE "LEARN BUTTON" ON THE OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR OPENER. WE WOULD NEVER HAVE DISCOVERED THIS - AND THE BMW DEALER COULD NOT HELP.
