The technician called before coming and arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and showed me where I could have a problem down the road. He did not try to pressure me into services that might be a waste of money since the garage door opener is an older model and would need to be replaced. He showed me how to properly lubricate the garage door rollers, track, hinges and spring. He showed me how to manually operate the door. Since I have never had a garage door opener, he taught me everything I need to know about it. I was completely satisfied with the service and would recommend your company to anyone needing garage door service/repairs.
