Mr Rapp I was very happy with the work your technicians did,in a timely manner and they explained some issues I might have in the future. Since I have recently become semi-employed, single dad with a 6 year old, I greatly appreciate a quality company that stuck to their promised pricing and did not push up-selling. Thank you Doug W.
