Precision was recommended by my neighbor who had recently had some service done to his garage door. So I called them and within an hour they were here. The tech was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He not only replaced the springs, but checked and adjusted several key points, bearings adjustments. I would use them again.
